Ive gone to Jose on four different occasions, each time he was extremely professional and friendly, showing up well before our scheduled meeting time and at a place of my choosing.
On one occasion after extensive testing of the job he just completed he discovered an issue with the new part he installed. Jose proceeded to patiently and without any hesitation re-​due the whole process replacing it again with another new from the factory part.
Without a doubt if you have issues with a device give Jose a call first, his prices beat every brick and mortar in town and he does the job right.

Jose fixed my daughter’s phone yesterday and did a very thorough, professional job. He met me at a local coffee shop and made the repair right there while I waited and watched every step. Jose was very pleasant and nice to work with – I’ll definitely be giving his number to friends.
