Everything I’ve gotten here has been good. The maple donut and buttermilk donut are excellent, and the apple and raspberry empanadas are excellent. They also make some Latin specialties, like Magdalenas, fruit elotes, and others. The owner/baker is a very nice man, as well. The prices are crazy cheap for how much work goes into each item!

Cake donuts were good, I got chocolate. Crème puff was also good, both the pastry and puff were delicious. Apple/Cream cheese danish was fairly good, but oddly salty. Maple Donut was OK, but I noticed that they used pre-bought maple glaze, which explained why it was overly sweet and fake-maple smelling. Also, just put some bacon on it, every donut shop needs a good maple bacon donut. Overall, the cake as well as the airy donuts were both good and had good texture. They also had a ton of empanadas and breads/cakes etc, but I didn’t get any. I’ll be back to try various different pastries.

Love this place! Everything we’ve tried has been excellent, but we usually just want the apple fritters or fruit empanadas. Service is good, friendly. Prices are reasonable.

In a town where there are very few donuts, this one needs more reviews. The donuts here are big! We cut them in half so the kids could try different flavors without getting stuffed. The maple and sugar donuts were the best. The glazed and chocolate glazed got great reviews from the kids. They also had a good variety of cinnamon rolls, twists, sprinkles and bear claws. I’m really just glad there was a donut shop nearby!!!

Great bakery with friendly owners. Great selection, with baked goods and donuts sure to please everyone. I tried the peach empanada, cream cheese croissant, and glazed donut. All were good. Wish I got to try the pumpkin empanada but they were all out.

We came in later in the day but I think if we had been here right when it opened it would get 5 stars. The filled croissants were by far my favorite. The lemon empanada was great and the butter croissant hit the spot. We’ll be back.

We have been to La Fiesta a few times to sample their donuts and their empanadas. All of the baked goods that we have tried, have been very good. We have sampled their glazed, sugar, and chocolate covered donuts, and have had enjoyed their apricot, guava, and apple empanadas. Of the bakeries in Las Cruces that we have tried, including some of the grocery store bakeries, we think that La Fiesta Bakery is the best.
