I would never order from this florist again. I called this florist on a Thursday from Utah because my husbands brother had died and was having a memorial service in Kas Cruses. I told the owner that I worked at a floral shop in Utah and wanted to spend 75 bucks on a nice fall arrangement. I explained I would like a masculine arrangement with sunflowers berries etc. Since I worked for a florist I asked for the 20% discount which the owner was ok with. I also asked him to send me a picture on my phone of the arrangement since we would not be able to be there. I have home my number and everything. The service was on Saturday at 1 pm. By Sunday night I still hadn’t gotten a photo from him. I checked my FB and a family member had sent me a pic. I was mortified. I sent the pic immediately to my boss and my married kids whose names were on the card. They could not believe that that arrangement was delivered. We got a front view and back view of the arrangement and proceeded to add up the value if the flowers 59 bucks at best if he used the right size vase and it looked nice. Long story short I called the owner and he proceeded to tell me that he sent a 75 dollar arrangement. He keep interrupting me. He was so defensive. I firmly believe he took whatever flowers were left from the week and just threw them together. I asked for at least 20 bucks back which I thought was generous. He told me I was rude and not to contact him again I wish I could post the text I sent him. I was not rude I was honest. I clearly know what a 75 dollar arrangement should look like and that was not one. I now know that our shop in Utah dies extra fabulous work. Not just anyone can do flowers

Amazingly fast & friendly service! I needed flowers delivered for a funeral in the area. I’m in CA & have never been to Las Cruces. I didn’t know who to call for a floral arrangement. Found Las Cruces Florist from Unilocal.Used their services based off of the excellent reviews. The funeral service was a very short notice. They were very helpful on the phone & directed me to their website to view arrangements. Put in my order the night before the service (12pm the next day). They had it ready & delivered by the next morning at 10am. Very satisfied customer! Thank you Las Cruces Florist! Nice to have a business you can trust even if your miles away!

Great florist. I’ve always used this location. I don’t think the current owner has been the same one for the entire time I lived near here, but my dealings with him have been pleasurable.

Really nice and accommodating. I had no idea that yellow roses die faster than red or even pink! I’ve been buying them for my Mom for years and never heard this. If you need someone knowledgeable and friendly then look no further. The prices are pretty standard but you walk out feeling like you got a deal because you are so well taken care of!
