Stay AWAY from this place. Robert does not know how to cut hair. I believe he was let go from his previous salon for ruining so many peoples hair. He didn’t use the correct product for the Brazilian Blowout which burned hair and scalp. He doesn’t care about ruining people’s hair. Robert has TONS of complaints from many, many people that have ruined hair by him. Salon is now called Movado in Hotel Encanto.

Staying at Hotel Encanto and made an appointment for a massage and facial. Both were great. The massage was amazing!

Hmm. The nicest people work here but the super sweet manicurist/​receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing. I received the worst gel manicure ever. She had to redo 4 nails and took 2 hours. Unbelievable. On a good note the massage therapist that rents a room in the salon is good. I will review sanctuary next.
