Cesar and his guys are AMAZING! I explained my dilemma of my 2-​yr-​old granddaughter climbing on our stairway shelf and giving us heart attacks. He listened intently and the next day I freaked when he called to say the frame had been made and they wanted to come over to verify the fit, which was amazingly perfect.
THEN, two days later, Cesar calls to say the stairway shelf enclosure was ready to be installed. This is how I answered my phone. This is WHO, for WHAT, huh??! I think I got him wondering if he was calling a sane person! I was confused; I wasn’t expecting such prompt service! Cesar had promised me 5 – 10 days.
Before this, I had wrought iron works done by another company. They too, knew this had to be expedited due to my rambunctious grandbaby. We were told, 2 weeks, but most likely 4. Four weeks and NOTHING! Meanwhile I was a wreck trying to prevent my grandchild from going into the pool or running into the street! Finally, they got a move on it.
Looking at my wrought iron fencing, I asked Cesar what would this have cost me through his company, Amazing Irons. He estimated $ 3,500, but not more than $ 4,000. I had paid $ 6,200. Ugh! I have horror stories regarding my home’s AC, but I’ve said enough for now. Thank you!
