I had a brother printer and the printer connected computer but didn’t print at all. When connected computer it showed working properly and when sent the printing job all it said was receiving data but didn’t print anything. I took the printer to them and they said they charge $ 35.00 for diagnosis I paid $ 35.00 and told them about the problem. Couple days later I stopped by and they said the printer is fixed and I needed to pay another $ 65.00 for fixing and I paid. I brought the printer connected and nothing is fixed. Took the printer back and told them it doesn’t work. They said they connected computer and it showed no problem(basically they didn’t do anything but told me that it was fixed and charged me for it) anyway this time they told me that it needs a motherboard and it would cost about $ 275.00. I decided not to get it fixed because I can get a new one cheaper. I asked them for refund of $ 65.00 since they didn’t do anything other than diagnosis and I paid the diagnosis fee separately($ 35.00). They said manager needs to authorize the refund and they would call me. I called them maybe 5 times still they don’t refund and they don’t even call back. They gave me a good lesson

We have a total of 4 printers for the office. Once in a while one or the other starts malfunctioning and we always call A-1 to come repair them. They have always been very courteous and professional. If we call early in the day we are usually able to get someone in the same day, if we call towards closing they always have someone come in, in the morning. Their dispatchers always go above and beyond to help us and have also helped us with other office equipment to the best of their knowledge. They are not quick to rush and fix the machines to get out. They take their time and make sure everything is functioning properly before they leave. I highly recommend them!
