A Plus Cleaners

I’m an estate manager and the family I work for has used A+ for the 10 years they’ve been in business, obviously the family is very happy with the A+ service. I bring in expensive suits, duvets, and other items and have always been pleased with the results. There has only been 2x that I’ve had an issue and both times management has been concerned and rectified the problem. It’s the same crew working year after year and they get to know their customers, usually my clothes are already being located or even hanging on the rack by the time I park my car and go in :)
I’ve only had a couple of expiriences with the tailor and only in the last year, but I’m hesitant about bringing anything else in for tailoring as both occasions I was less than impressed (though the one time I said something they were quick to fix the error, and for free, as it should be).
Overall this is a great, friendly, family run business — which are the exact type of places I like to support!

Horrible service. They glued my jacket to «fix» it, and still charged $ 20 to do it. You can see the tear on the back still, and it looks like my 2 year old nephew practiced his arts and crafts gluing skills in it. Not only that, it took them over a week to finish something I could have done in 6 minutes. Apparently, they need to send out leather jackets to be gorilla glued back together. If it was possible, I wouldn’t have given them the single star.

Excellent service, continue to go the extra mile. Been using this Dry Cleaner for many years.

If you happen to value your time or if you happen to value customer service don’t come here! They used to have an excellent tailor. But I drive here this morning before work and they tell me that tailor won’t be coming until 930. Now the last time that happened someone pinned my alterations for me. But today the man who by the way was standing right in front of me said he couldn’t pin it until 1030. When I asked could the tailor pin it at 9:30 when she came in he said no? Highly perplexing don’t understand their customer service won’t be back!!!

Always on time, never any problems, I have been coming for years, and always polite… A Plus!

Slow service. It takes days to get your clothes back and when I picked up one of my shirts today the buttons were missing on one of the shirts and on a safety pin attached to the shirt. The owner admitted they had removed them and refused to put them back on and screamed at me when I asked if they would put them back on. I was very disappointed in the level of service I received.

Expensive and mediocre. My wife’s suit was covered with hair and two of my shirts came back with yellow burn marks all over collar and cuffs. Tried them once, won’t be back.

A + Cleaners saves the day!
After that nightmarish experience over at T&T Cleaners (DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT give them your business. Wallace is a bitter and hateful man!!) we decide to pop on into A+ Cleaners a couple of exits down on Ann Road. Hoping for the best, as picking an alterations place makes us so skeptical now, we decide to give it a try.
Although there were some language barriers, we explained to them what had happen to the pants at the other place (again, DO NOT GO THERE) and the employees there were happy to help. They were sympathetic to what had happened and clearly saw how upset we were that the other place had royally F’d up a $ 600 suit.
They were on it with a quickness! Kind, friendly and super DUPER professional. We had thought the pants were damaged way beyond any hope for repair. When I went to pick up the pants, it was as if no damage was ever done. They removed the fugly blue hem line and matched it PERFECTLY to the correct thread color of the pants. They pressed it as if Ben Sherman himself custom fitted this suit.
Safe to say we are HAPPY customers! And we highly recommend this place. For only $ 8, they saved the day and did it without a hitch and full of smiles.
