Rachel Loria rocks! Went in for my color & awesome blue highlights. She did a fab job. Love it, love it! Rachel has been my stylist for a little over a year & she’s the best. She listens & always seems to guide me in the right direction. I always get tons of compliments on my hair, because it always turns out awesome. GO SEE RACHEL LORIA

First was recommended to this place a year ago by my friend and really enjoyed it. Honestly looked forward to coming back when I knew I would be in Vegas for an extended period of time. Rachel is super friendly and very talented at what she does and I would recommend her to anyone.

Came in for another color, always smiling faces the minute I come in the door. Got luckily places with Lexy! She’s a gem, asked me exactly what I wanted and she obviously delivered. I’m never disappointed when I leave and I’m always comfortable throughout my entire treatments!
I’ll defiantly be back, as usual ! She took amazing care of my hair, in which I wasn’t surprised because the service and the staff are always incredibly over the top!

Ask for Daniel! He is my hair savior! So I had honey brown hair that I dyed red and then dyed dark brown. Needless to say my hair looked like a red/​brown/​black throw up swirl on my head. Yeah, not pretty. I called this place and asked for someone who could help me salvage my mess and I got an appointment with Daniel. His color correction exceeded my expectations! He saved me from months of embarrassment! He cares about my hair and did the best he could to keep it from getting damaged even more than it was. I liked that he took his time to do the best job he could. He’s so sweet and very professional! You won’t regret going to him for any hair color needs

Everyone at this salon is professional and super talented! I always leave looking beautiful. They take the time to make sure I get exactly what I want. I have never been disappointed! Been coming here for 8 years! Tom is the best!

Today was my second time being in Ross’ chair, as expected he did a wonderful job transforming my hair and making me feel beautiful! Will definitely be seeing him again. Oh, by the way, he gives the best scalp massage during the shampoo process.

Everything was great! Olivia is always very attentive and patient with my hair. We had an all day color session, and my hair looks fantastic! I will definitely keep coming back!

Came in for some relaxation color since I do not get time in my real world at home. Stacy S was my stylist and she was fabulous. I must have told her a couple times she is so gentle with the foils and washing your hair some gals can be so ruff. She was pleasant to talk to and loves what she does. My hair turned out awesome my blow dry should last a few days makes me very happy. Highly recommend her and the salon.

For the location of this salon and it being on the strip the prices are amazing! Called in last minute to get my hair fixed because my old stylist had literally made me Firetruck red, and I requested for Carrie. I spoke to «Shelly» (I think that’s her name, the receptionist) and she at first told me Carrie was booked. I explained my situation to her, my work situation, and that I was desperate. She completely understood where I was coming from. She offered to see if she could squeeze me in that day, and also to book for the next day with someone she trusted. She told me she’d call me back… and she did with GREAT news! I was able to see Carrie that day!
Carrie is so great she sat down and listened to what had happened with my hair and what I was looking to do as a next step. She looked at pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like but I had lost all hope because my hair was so messed up. She told me she could do it, she whip out the color book and we figured out what to do! It took quite sometime but the end result was amazing!
Can’t wait to go back!

No no no no.
Go in for services. Salon not even open at the time of my appt. Why say arrive 15 mins early when you are not even open. Stylist just walks up as I am coming out of bathroom. No intro Just follow me. No rapport established. Nothing. Blahhhh. Not even a name.
Lack of communication lead to a bad result. Just not confident to ref this place to anyone. I just stopped the service before it got un fixable.
Sloppy, lifeless and not what I expect from Cromeans salon. I’ve used other locations but this one is lacking in energy and the professional vibe I assoc with their business. It is dirty and not the place you assoc with Paul Mitchell brand.
Yuk.
Won’t be back.
Update:
4 days after service i washed my hair for the first time —- there are huge (1 – 2 inch wide) sections of my hair that are uncolored — she didn’t listen and didn’t prep enough color for my hair — when she ran out she must have just stopped and didn’t bother making more. UGH… cost me another 90.00 to get it «FIXED» by colourist who took pictures of my head because it was so bad !!! (he wanted a before and after) DON“T USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR COLOR.

I saw April on Monday after a color mishap on Saturday! As a busy mom I really wasn’t excited about two hair appoitments so close together, but because the color was darker than I like the advice I received was to go earlier not later.
She was able to achieve exactly what I originally wanted and not damage my hair. She was so nice and sweet and indulged me all day (I’m a Chatty Cathy) I also really loved the way she described hair, her terminology was on point! She went over the colors with me several times and was patient and just such a pleasure! I showed her pictures of different colors I liked ranging from bronde to ombré. One of the BEST experiences in the RC Salons that I have been going to since 2006! She was able to achieve a color and tone WAY above my expectation!
I will definitely be recommending April!!! She is a STAR! *************

Kelcie hooked me up with a great summer cut: low graduated Bob. I needed to take so much if the weight off my poof do that it could feel light. I had a 9 am appointment during the week and it was nice to have her take so much time to get in and keep thinning it out.

Location is a little tricky here. Follow signs to the beach pool area & it’s tucked on the right by the escalator going down from the main level.
I purchased the super skinny product line and my hair is sleek !

By far the worst men’s hair.
And to say that for a man who frequents the salon and spends more on hair products than two bleached Vegas showgirls combined, that’s saying a lot.
I’ve been here a couple times with him before, they were OK with his hair and mine… well let’s just say I found out here that I was horribly allergic to bleach. I told them my scalp was sensitive, never tried bleach before, and they should’ve tested before burning my scalp off. But I sort of forgave them since in the end it looked good, though it took two full weeks of medication for my scalp to heal.
So this time around: the two stars is for their service and my blowdry, which was great. I called 30 minutes before and they were able to squeeze us in, we were late, no problem.
But as for my boyfriend… all I asked for was the best stylist available, someone who knows blond. I figured for the quoted price of ~$ 250 it would turn out OK.
His hair, which was done by a fellow blond named Amy, turned out to be simply terrible.
There are yellow spots everywhere on the lower part of his hair.
He is required by his work to keep his hair platinum-​blond, which causes a lot of damage. For some reason, she decided to keep all the glorious fried bits of hair for the
world to see. And the haircut itself? Decide for yourself in the photos attached.
We were in a hurry so we left without a chance to look closely or ask them to fix it, but let’s just say he’s had better hair for $ 50 at some random fishing village in Portugal.

Dear Robert Cromeans — PLEASE OPEN A SALON IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA! This is getting ridiculous.
I normally go to the San Diego salon, even though I live in Northern Cal because this salon cannot be beat. Doesn’t matter which location.
Had a PERFECT haircut from April, and would definitely go to her again.
