I called and he came out the next morning on time. The problem was small, AND HE TOLD ME! That is no small thing, I have had many in his profession try to inflate the problem to charge me more.

After his first visit & «fix» Michael was back 2 additional times (should have been 3) for the original problem. Which obviously was not completely repaired the first time.
The 2^nd time it «broke» pump motor was replaced within a day, well, 2 weeks later SAME ORIGINAL problem again. He came out, thought it was the hose, repaired it. When the SAME PROBLEM happened again within 2 days, he said he would check with his dad & get back to us! WELL NO CALL, NOT RETURNING MESSAGES & NOT ANSWERING PHONE!
We called somebody else.
