called ability from reviews here & on home advisor. talked to tim lamasters who was very pleasant while i asked him about a fan motor noise. he discussed several possibilities & in the end we decided to monitor it for now & schedule an apointment if got worse. if not have them come out for fall maintenence check & address it then. thank you tim for your time & will see you then

I was introduced to Ability Heating and Air by a friend from work. As a long time resident of LV Valley he had gone through many many contractors before he started using their services. I’ve utilizing Ability Air for about 8 years now and they have always been reliable, fast and reasonable with pricing. Their customer service is top notch and really care about their reputation as an honest contractor.
