The first scooter had a broken seat. The second scotter got me from The Flamingo to Bally’s. However, on the way back, it slowed to a snail’s pace and finally stopped in the middle of Flamingo Road! If my husband hadn’t been there, I would have been killed. My husband had to push the scooter all the way back to The Flamingo. Then, it was supposed to be charged to my room so that I could pay with Total Rewards Credits but, even after assuring me 3 times, it was charged to my credit card. I am not happy at all.

We have rented scooters from them for years and years, often now through hotels. We had some problems with the portable scooter(which are more sensitive because they come apart and you put them in the trunk, so they tend to be a bit less ‘solid,’ still useful because you can travel with them.) Anyway, when we had a problem, this company was completely on top of the issue, called us back so many times to make sure we were okay, and we all around great! We asked to have some days taken off for the problem scooter and they were so responsive, gave us more than we asked for! What a great company! Rent from them! Thanks, Lance from Active mobility!
