Al Phillips The Cleaner

We use them every week. The closest thing we had to an issue was when my husband left something in a pocket and they didn’t tell us when we picked up the clothes. I had to go back the next day to get it but overall it’s been a very positive experience.

I brought a shirt in for laundry and informed the clerk that it had a coffee stain on it, she didnt mark it and said they would take care of it. It was no removed and became twice as large. It was a Burberry shirt that is now not wearable. Never again

I come here on a weekly basis
However i am here today and it says they open at 7am i am here after 7am waiting to drop my clothes off as i have other things to do besides wait for someone to open the door. If you open at 7am you should be ready at 7am.
However the employees here are extremely sweet especially Holly!!! That girl needs a raise!!!

This was my first time using their services. They don’t do anything on site so my clothes were not there when they were supposed to. So now I have to pick up my still dirty clothes at their location on Alibaba Street (the other side of the valley) because I need some items for tomorrow. Worst experience at a dry cleaners by far!

Never again. Has absolutely nothing to do with the associate working there, he was nice. But I feel like I just got blind sided. I never ever thought dry cleaning would ever cost this much ever. I cannot believe actually now that I think about it that there were and are no prices anywhere in the place or on the site. And no real paper trail. Never again.

Lots of Kudos to Al Philips! I had two instances as a very satisfied customer. My husband had chewing gum smeared on his suit coat & A/​P removed it completely without any damage. The other cleaners wouldn’t even touch it.
Then one of his dress shirts came back with a stain from another cleaner and said couldn’t remove it so I took it to another cleaner. They too couldn’t remove it so I took it to A/​P and they removed it!

STAY AWAY FROM AL PHILLIPS! THEY RUINED MY CLOTHES AND HAVE GIVEN ME THE RUN-​AROUND FOR 2 MONTHS FOR REIMBURSEMENT!!! In a rush before going out of town I HAD to drop my cleaning at Al Phillips. I was very hesitant simply because I know Al Phillips is OVER PRICED; regardless, I was leaving in less than 48hrs and I needed quick service. The counter person Savanna was very helpful. Needless to say, the 10 small pieces of women’s clothing at a cost of $ 60 was jaw-​dropping. I returned the next day to pick up the items and found that 1 dress had been ruined with a burn hole in the front and a Blue & White sweater had been ruined and was now a Pink & Blue sweater. I was promised monetary compensation of $ 25 per item for replacement. To this day, 2 months later … NOTHING! I have called and called and called and called. The manager, Lori has yet to pick up the phone and call me even after I have asked for a return call from her on 2 separate occasions. I called their corporate office yesterday and spoke with Joann who promised a call back that same day. I received a call from Savanna that same day who promised my check would be at the cleaner TODAY and that I could COME PICK IT UP. I called TODAY and was told my check would be at the cleaners by 10am. At 10am I was told it would be there by 2pm. AT 2pm I have been told it would be there at 6pm tonight. I just called back to Joann at corporate and she said the check would NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL NEXT WEEK!

I was just told that they do not want my money. I asked for extra services and none of them were completed. Kind of silly that I was willing to pay their prices with no questions asked and they couldn’t be bothered to do the work as request.
Also, no one at any location knows how to ring up gift cards.

They are great. I have gotten to know the young ladies that work there. They will sew a button on if I need them to. When all my clothes are done they will call and let me know that I can come and pick my clothes up. They do nice things for me.
Probably the best place for dry cleaners if your in the nightclub industry!

Well, prices little high but the drive thru, hours and customer service is top notch. This is the only cleaners I use!

I’ve been going here 10 years and haven’t had any issues. Yes, they’ve lost some stuff but gave me an gift card to make things right. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I use these guys when I stay on this side of town; love the quick turnaround. Staff if very polite and do their very best to let you leave happy; the last time I was there I hadn’t been in for at least a month and they not only remembered who I was by name but were able to pull me up in the system without asking for my phone number;
As far as this type of business is concerned they are top notch and so are there employees; I will use them every time I’m on this side of town and thank you for your hard work and dedication in making me look so good!

Professional. Fast. Friendly. And helpful. The girls were knowledgable and the boy was efficient. Will be a regular stop in my errands!
