We have used DJ Tom Pursel for my events over many years! From Opening Day for Legacy Little League for over 700 people at Pecos Legacy Park. DJ Tom brought extra speakers to make sure that everyone enjoyed the music. DJ Tom brought DJ Colleen along to sing the National Anthem to begin the festivities. The event lasted for 6 hours, the kids enjoyed the karaōke. Everyone enjoyed his variety of music. We have booked All Around Sound for St. Viator School Foundation Dinner Auction at the South Point Hotel & Casino for the past 6 years! This event is attended by over 500 Adults. The set-up has been seamless and the music provided for dancing has always been with an up to date playlist. Special request are greeted with a smile. It’s always nice to have the option for Karaōke with Colleen for our guest after the auction that are ready to party. We have also booked All Around Sound for my daughters 21st Birthday Party at Ventano’s Italian Restaurant. Mike the manager was very relieved that it was Tom Purcel setting up, he expressed concern based on previous DJ’s and their messy and time consuming set-up. Perfect DJ for a 21st Birthday Party with a playlist from Frank Sinatra to Lady Gaga. Booking has always been handled professionally; phone call followed up with a contract requesting 50% booking deposit with remainder at the end of the event. Tom Pursel, All Around DJ Entertainment is the best call you’ll make! Trust me I’ve used several local companies.

Before my wedding, DJ Tommy asked me to write a review for him after the wedding. I waited a couple weeks to submit this review after emailing what I would actually say in my review to DJ Tommy. I wanted to give him a chance to apologize to us for what happened. I never received a response. Here is my review along with my advice: find someone else. — entered the bridal suite asking for«the money.» If monies are required before the ceremony, this should have been discussed. — best man asked twice to begin the song for them to walk down to; this delayed the ceremony. — song data base was limited but we were unable to view it until contracts were signed. — he requested a cd with our specific songs(due to his data base not having them) but DIDNOT play them(including the 1st dance song-the wrong version was played). Instead of playing the CD that he requested, the songs were downloaded on their own. Our playlist not only specified the song we wanted but also the album it was on. — he had the speakers facing away from the dance floor so the first dance song was so quiet and awkward. My brother had to ask twice for the volume to be raised(so, as I am dancing with my husband to the wrong song, I am talking to my brother asking him to talk to the DJ). — left a replacement after a «family issue» who tried to do her best but communication was poor between djs. — announced, «Dj Tommy and All around sound would like to congratulate Mr and Mrs Huff.» This self-promotion was super cheesy and annoying. — in our email communication before the wedding, I asked simply if he had a mic for our guests to use for toasts. Finally, on the third email of such a simple question, he answered. Very unprofessional, very unorganized. Even our guests noticed what a mess he was!
