All Storage – Summerlin

The only reason I gave it two stars because I was pretty happy with this place until I came in and checked on my stuff after it was in storage for a year and a half and found rodent droppings ALL. OVER. I’ve spent tons of money on my storage and now I have to throw away most of my stuff because of the rodents. Go else where and make sure they don’t have a rodent problem.

The managers here distinguish this place from others. Friendly, helpful and HONEST, they make the sad experience of having to store stuff other than in a nice large house tolerable. First off, they offer a $ 1.00 move in deal (actually costs a few dollars more than that due to other charges but our first month was $ 15.00.) Second they are very flexible on changing units and take the time to make sure you understand the late policy and the deadlines to cancel. Most importantly, rather than encourage you to perpetually stay in storage they remind you that every payment you make to them, you could simply be buying new tv’s, furniture, etc and storage should be a temporary option. I found this refreshing. They are very good about returning messages but rarely answer the phone live (they do have an answering service who will get them a message right away) as they are usually with customers or doing work on the grounds.
