We purchased our Trane system from Aloha in 2006, and had our first «problem» on a hot July day nine years later. «Freddie» arrived at our house about 35 minutes after we called, and within three hours of our call (which included travel to get some parts), he had everything working again. He also helped us program our thermostat, and gave us some great maintenance tips. Fast, courteous, professional service. Thanks, Freddie and Aloha!

My Trane system is seven years and Aloha Air Conditioning takes great care of it. I know with the maintenance I recieve from Aloha Air Conditioning. It will help me get several more years out of my Trane system.

From start to finish outstanding service and price the employes were down to earth good guys .I felt very comfortable having them in my home .I fell out of my chair when after the job was complete and the guys had left that the office called me to be sure I was happy with everything. This was without a doubt a very good experience from the first call to the completion of the work.

We had a problem with our ac last summer that they came out an fixed.
Well this winter we had an even larger problem that eventually required replacing the whole system due to a un fixable mechanical problem. They were diligent in dealing with the distributor to get our unit replaced they kept us informed and have done the type of job that should have been done in the first place. All of the employees there are friendly and respectful and pleasant. They take pride in the work they do and it is appreciated. If you have a problem these are the guys for you.
