Scheduled a service call. Representative called 18 minutes before the time window was up to say they were not going to be there. I informed him that I had taken off work to be here and was assured that someone would be here today. Representative was very unhelpful, became rude, said something nasty and abruptly hung up. I would definitely not recommend.

Had a minor issue with the water heater, called on a Sunday, the technician came out, fixed the issue and was able to offer information regarding our water softener as well. Miguel was very professional!

These people tried to rob my mother-​in-​law out of $ 500 for a warranty item on a Bradford white water heater I’m a plumber out of town and the labor is about one hour for this part I also do home repairs so I know the price structure she’s a senior elderly lady in Las Vegas in this company is out to rob you I will notify the seniors fraud division unit in Las Vegas about this company we have already called Bradford white and they know bad things about this company please do not do business with this type of company

Very impressed. Had a broken water heater at our house. Called always open and they were very professional on the phone set up an appt between 8a-​9a today. The service men showed up promptly at 8am. They inspected the heater and were very knowledgeable in regards to the brands and different sizes. Asked questions to see exactly what product we needed. In the end we made the decision on the right one and now 9:20a they are done removed and replaced. Ryan and his partner were very professional and did an amazing job. I usually don’t write too many reviews but needed to post this as I didn’t expect such prompt and great service.
