Their selection of gifts is great. The women who work there are not as helpful as I would imagine a Hallmark store to be. Usually when you are going in a gift store, you are full of love and emotion and ready to find the perfect gift or card. First time I went in for a gift for my daughters teacher, they showed me a wall of ornaments and said«I think there’s some teacher stuff on this wall» Picked out a cute teacher ornament(that was all scratched up) and handed it to me and left me to hunt for more. Very short and cold, and felt more like I was at a grocery store than a boutique. I went back the second time, for a little children’s book, and asked the ladies if they provide gift wrapping. One girl said«um, well… I’m not very good at it» And looked at 2 other ladies and both of them awkwardly and silently stared at me. The girl then said«we have gift bags» I wasn’t expecting them to just gift wrap my item because I’m crazy… This is a Hallmark store. A GIFT store. So it’s very strange that they don’t provide this service, not even for a charge… And I guess what was worse was the awkward reaction from the employees. Well… That being said, I won’t be returning. 2 not wonderful experiences, not my Steeze.

Beautiful store. One of the sales associates came up and offered assistance. The ornament I wanted was not on the shelf so she went to «the back» to see if there were anymore in stock. Luckily there was, and that made me a happy customer. I wish is that I could use my discount coupons on the ornaments.

This Hallmark store, located in the Trails Village Shopping Center, always offers a nice selection of seasonal cards. Today I picked out a nice Mother’s Day card :) The staff were very friendly. Parking was convenient.

It’s been nearly forever since I’ve been in a Hallmark. Very nice store and helpful staff but I was surprised to see a small section of the store for greeting cards and a whole lot of other stuff. Fortunately, I was looking for«other stuff» Found some beautiful packages of not cards although not the traditionally embossed kind I wanted but still cool. I was kind of in a rush so didn’t look around but really want a new fountain pen!(yup, I still use them when I actually write!)

Needed some B-day cards and stopped by to pick some up. Greeted immediately after walking through the door. Asked a few questions about what I was looking for and shown the way to make a selection. When it comes to needing a card for whatever occasion, does it really get any better then the company who created a multitude of holidays… I think not.

I love Hallmark, I buy all my cards at hallmark and photo albums. Yes, the photo albums are overpriced and I should just by all my photo albums elsewhere. But I just LOVE hallmark. This hallmark is clean and fresh like any other hallmark I have been, too. The people there are friendly and always greet everyone as you enter the store. You can find all the cards for any occasion you can think of and has a variety of selections.

The last time I set foot inside a Hallmark was in the Boulevard Mall, and that was over a decade ago. Since then, I’ve chosen to buy my cards from Target or craft them out magazines and dated AARP calendars(depending on the occasion and individual). However, just recently I was searching for the perfect«Thank You» cards, but none I saw spoke out to me. Refusing to lower my standards and to settle for lousy cards with cheesy messages and pictures, I went to Hallmark as a last resort. Almost immediately after setting foot inside the store, a lady approaches me and asks what I’m in search for, and then leads me to the«Thank You» cards section where I found several cards perfect for the occasion I had in mind(success!). Afterwards, I walked through the store and noticed how they have cards for almost everything, ex: Troubled Relationships(?!), but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, though it’s not everyday you see those types of cards. The lady who rung me up gave off an unpleasant vibe and didn’t seem friendly, based on her facial expression and the manner she spoke to me. Furthermore, she was unable to answer my question about whether or not the Hallmark rewards program application could be completed online. Just a note: If you’re trying to persuade customers to sign-up for offers and programs, make sure you’re knowledgeable rather than just shrugging your shoulders and telling customers that you don’t know, because you should. I’m still sticking to shopping to Target for my cards, but Hallmark will remain that last-minute alternative.

I live near this Hallmark so the convenience is the only reason I frequent this location. It is on the smaller side compared to some of the other stores but I am always able to find the card I need. They have a rewards program so if you buy enough cards or merchandise then you you get rewarded and I do like that part a lot. You can use your card at any location. The 2 ladies inside don’t seem very friendly so that is why I gave 4 stars. They seem inconvenienced that you came in and seem more busy talking about their personal stuff. All in all if you need a greeting card or stationary this location is more then likely going to have what you need.

Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays… this store always bails me out! Why? Because I workout at the gym next to it and I usually remember the day before the special occasion while I’m working out… so, after a workout I’ll go get the card… then I’m Mr. Hero for not forgetting… ha! There’s nothing special about this particular store, except it’s location. Will I return? As long as I’m married, hell ya!
