Really bad experience with realtor if you want to call him that. Poor communication through the whole process, very moody and has a temper. You have to do all the work; the only thing he will do is let you in to see the property if he has time. After the deal you are dead to him. Don’t even think about asking for anything. I have messages from him saying f*** off. I have the screenshot of the chat log if anyone wants to see it. I know there are two sides to every story. You have been warned, work with this guy on your own risk. Very unprofessional!
