Arcadia Palms Apartments

This place is one horrible place my place have been robbed twice I. Have the police report to prove it I told Karla but she always have a rude attuide & latyina they seem like they dont care they just say call metro smh my mail boxes broken into so many times I have the proof for that they put a 24 hour lock on my girlfriend smh knownlying she has health issues she’s in the hospital now we are suing this places my friend moved because she got robbed everything was stolening her kids clothes tvs food everything & she live right next to Karla and Karla said she heard nothing lies and you work and live here something seem strange changed her door lock without her permission this place is really horrible my friend has proof kids where crying everything it’s so many things wrong with this place I know it will be a process suing but I know it will be well worth it I feel bad for others who experience this it hurts

No star !!! I hate this place ! They are very unprofessional they show us the model that is super nice and they give us shit ! Example: if I go buy a brand new car and I go pick it up and they give me a shitty ass car with the same interior !!! With Bicycle wheels !! Karla is a very unkind has a bad attitude with clients ! And maintenance guy takes forever to fix things it takes them more than 6 months to get a job done !! I do not recommend this place it’s full of shit sorry for my bad mouth but that’s how angry I am with them !!! I hate them with all my corazon

I love this place! I live in this apartments for a year and I never had a problem. The ladys at the office are very professional and very nice and maintenance is fast and very respectful. I only moved out cause I need it a bigger place due to the growth of my family. The manager she is awesome. Overall I think this is the place to be.

These apartments are nasty as ever! I stayed there and once I went out of town maintenance took it upon themselves to go into my house remove my property throw away all my important documents, and remove my dog. Who they have no record of her being turned in nor do they have records of her period! They removed my groceries they threw away my food. They are unprofessional. They have a HORRIBLE bug problem and the places do not look like they do when it’s shown.
