Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, and this place does it the best! This place is always packed by 10 am on the weekends. One time we had to go someplace else for breakfast because it would have been a 40 min wait. I’d say it’s worth the wait, but eat a snack before hand! I went here with a friend and got the Cowboy omelet which was amazing. The eggs were cooked just right without being too dry. The cheese was melted perfectly and everything inside the omelet was cooked well. I also got a side of the red velvet pancakes which took longer to come out. It was worth the wait though because once it came out, I couldn’t put the fork down! I looove red velvet and these pancakes lives up to its name. It was soft and fluffy and not too sweet. I was given a side of sweet cream cheese glaze which wasn’t overpoweringly sweet like some can be. Our waiter was very friendly and would keep me updated on my pancakes to let me know that I’m not forgotten. She was very patient with us as we kept asking for a couple of minutes to think about our order as well as catching up. She also knew the menu well and suggested some of her favorites as well as customer’s top choices. The restaurant itself felt like most breakfast places, which makes it feel homey. I will definitely plan to come back when I visit Vegas! I really want to try their Hawaiian dishes.

Our morning would not be complete with this awesome meal. We did take out this morning. There was something for everyone on the menu. I had the Loco moco with a side of banana and peanut butter pancakes. The portions were perfect. The staff was very friendly and did their jobs with pure awesomeness! Thanks baby stacks! See you again soon!

Great casual, good food place. We had 4 different dishes which all turned out tasty. They even had a senior citizen dish for my dad. They should hand a few more choices though. Service was great

My boyfriend and I came here for the first time this morning. Did not catch our servers name but on our receipt says Vangie. hopefully correct because this young lady was very good. The food is fairly priced in my opinion. I had the orange creamsicle short stack with a side of spam. Ended up eating the rest of my boyfriends Loco moko because he was so full from his delicious red velvet pancakes. We enjoyed our first experience here and will return.

The menu itself is no joke and neither is their food! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and these guys nail it. Probably my favorite place in Vegas to serve eggs benedict. The price is a little higher than average but the kind service makes up for it. The place is a tad bit small so may feel crammed at times with the layout. All in all if you’re an early riser go check this spot out!

Terrible gravy, eggs are no Bueno, this place needs to be cleaned and douched. Waiters are very forgetful. Probably won’t be eating here anytime soon. Waitress was very nice. However, her hair was in her face. And they all look sloppy.

There are two locations in Las Vegas. They have the best cupcakes in the city with an incredible amount of variety. That’s all I wanted to share, but Unilocal is making me type more so I’m going to finish this review with a series of button mashing. Dhudduhdddujjfswwxcbjjyref. Just meh. The hash browns were kind of gross. Pancake selection was pretty good though. Crappy cafeteria seating.

They are open today but they are not taking customers. How do you expect to run a business if you’re not taking customers? Plus, they didn’t even give a reason. They just said they’re not taking customers.

I’ve been coming here once in awhile since highschool and I would like to say the food never disappoints! My friends and I stopped by since my car was getting serviced at the dealership. We got settled very quickly. The server, Austin was great. The best bang for your money is getting a custom skillet. You have the option to pick your kind of meat, vegetables, cheese, and how do you want your eggs. It already includes seasoned potatoes. Even though I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, it still was good. Service was fast and attentive.

We loved everything we tried! The strawberry syrup is fresh and delicious! Kids love it! And the service was great!

This place fucking blows. This is my third time here because my dumb friend likes the red velvet pancakes. Every time the food sucks, the service sucks, and I’m just pissed. Everything was unseasoned and my hash browns were undercooked. My eggs, hash browns, and sausage tasted literally all the same. Not to mention my glass was empty the entire duration of my meal. And they couldn’t even clear the trash off the table. How hard is it to wait on a table when you are a WAITER.

This is my second time eating at babystacks and I genuinely love vibe from this place… it feels like home. The service is great, specifically, our waiter who was really fantastic! The food is pretty good, but personally, I have had better. As most of the other reviews stated, the pancakes are the star of the show. I had the hazelnut pancakes which were good, but I wish the hazelnuts were incorporated into the batter instead of sprinkled on top. The whipped cream however, was absolutely delicious! I also got the Kahlua grilled cheese which lacked a little flavor, but was alright. Overall, still good and reasonably priced.

I love the warm and the atmosphere here. It is always busy during lunch hour but it’s worth the wait. My favorite is always the loco moco. I always upgrade to garlic rice and with upgrade pancakes!

Had a great breakfast here Saturday. Walked in about 8:45, still lots of tables free. But by 9:15 the place was jamming and folks waiting for tables. Server was prompt & friendly. We did not have to wait long for the short stack strawberry pancakes and lemon pancakes. Great light textures and flavors. Twice our coffee was just warm but the third time was just right. This was our first visit and we are coming back for sure! Anxious to try crepes and some other items. The menu has several varieties of pancakes and egg dishes, including the chocolate chip pancakes I plan on trying soon. My only complaint was acoustics… it was so loud conversation was hard to carry on.

Little known fact, there are very few things I love more than breakfast. So for obvious reasons it was on the top of my very long list bookmarks. A word to the wise, come early and come hungry! There will be a wait but it’s worth it. Better than the cracked egg, the egg & I, egg works… basically anyplace with the word egg in it. Lol!(IMO anyway) :p Friendly staff and lots of Hawaiian inspired dishes. I just love the aloha vibe here which makes sense since Vegas is the 9th island. Zippy’s chili(If you’ve been to HI before then you already know what I’m taking about), portuguese sausage with garlic rice, macadamia pancakes, spam & eggs, adobo fried rice omelette, and the list goes on. It’s easy to see why baby stacks stands out from the pack. So Ono! Another notable mention are the red velvet pancakes. But my all time favorite are the bananas foster pancakes. OMG!!! Ahhh-mazing!

Had a great breakfast here. I had the Kalua pork eggs Benedict. It was delicious. The pancakes were very good too. The girls had eggs and cakes and they eat them up. Get there early, there is usually a wait after 8:00a on the weekend.

I’ve been here a few times and I haven’t had anything spectacular but the food is pretty good. Having said that, I haven’t been too adventurous. They have everything: omelettes, spam scramble, kalua pig benedict, red velvet pancakes, etc. You name it, they got it. And it does look good, but I personally like a light breakfast so I usually get eggs. Their skillets are my go-to order. Special shout out for the lemon ricotta pancakes — OMG. They were delicious. I unfortunately I didn’t order this so I only got one bite. My sister would only let me have one bite of hers lol. It was really good. I thought it would be heavy but it wasn’t at all. It was fluffy & light. The cream cheese syrup was dreamy.

The wait was about 45 minutes for this Hawaiian breakfast joint. I had Biscuits and gravy with bacon sourdough toast and 2 eggs the gravy was meh a bit gritty like just before it breaks the eggs were uneventful the bacon was good. the rest of the crew had; 1. Rick’s Adobo Fried Rice”(adobo fried rice with shredded chicken wrapped in omelette) everyone tried it and liked it. 2. Hawaiian Benedict on a Hawaiian roll with spam and a poached egg covered with brown gravy. this was also good. 3. Piglet omelette bacon sausage and ham and cheddar cheese plate was clean and she had a content smile 4. Bacon pancakes with bacon pieces in and sprinkled between the cakes maple syrup gobbled down and well liked. 5. Cookie Butter French Toast with whipped cream and nutella dusted with pie crust and powdered sugar. super delicious she had a major sugar hi too. the staff was friendly and place was clean.

Definitely prefer this location to the one off Buffalo– way more seating. I had the kalua pig benedict with browns. I give this four stars, only because the pulled pork could have been a bit more flavorful– it helped when I dunked bites in ketchup. It also could have benefited with stronger texture– the bites were a bit soggy toward the end.
