Back On Track Upper Cervical Care

So I have been having some neck issues for quite sometime but have always been nervous about seeing a chiropractor. I was referred to Back on Track by my primary doctor as her husband received treatment.
My first appointment with Dr. Monteiro was in early summer and she was very thorough explaining the area she works on which is only the neck and muscles surrounding the neck. She took extensive X-​Rays, and various other tests to find that I was out of alignment. She explained the adjustment she would administer and it was done and over in two seconds.
When I sat up I could not believe how good I felt! My whole body felt in alignment from my head to my feet. She then took me into this cool room where it was dimly lit and had me sit in this amazing chair that tilted back for about 15 minutes. Believe me, I wanted to take this chair home with me and still do every time I visit. The room is so relaxing, you almost fall asleep and of course I look forward to sitting in this chair every treatment!
I have now been coming for a couple of months and am improving slowly meaning I am holding the adjustment. Dr. Monteiro is very honest and if she sees that the treatment isn’t working for you she will let you know and not have you spending your money for no reason.
I feel confident in her treatment and she is not like any other chiropractor out there. If you have issues with your neck, I would recommend Back on Track to get your head on straight!
Oh, one more thing — they sell the chair I spoke of at Relax the Back! I hope Santa brings me one!
