Every year they take the pics for my kids school and I haven’t had a problem with them because I pay for them before time online, but this year I missed the day to pay for them and they said the couldn’t do nothing but sell me the class picture. So I ordered the class picture online and that was back in June and its August and I still haven’t received the photos

I ordered my daughters pictures first week in June around a week later I received another child’s photos. The lady I contacted about this stated to just throw out the pictures that I received and my daughters pictures would be sent to me. Here we are a month later and I have still not yet received my daughters kindergarten graduation pictures. So depressing being that this is a moment that can not be retaken. I will be contacting them again and will update everyone on how long it takes to receive the correct pictures. Smh… First experience with company and more than likely will be last. Good thing I kept the wrong pictures they sent as proof.

Very unimpressed with my child’s school pictures for the 3^rd year now. They are always out of focus! This year I let her choose a photo background and you can actually see where they (what looks like) cut her out and pasted her in. There is a jagged shadow all around her body. Bad Photoshopping! Wish CCSD would get another company for school photos. I generously gave them 2 stars because the group class photos turn out decent enough.

Some how for the second time this year they seem to have missed my children’s pictures.
They see the my child is dressed for picture yet they don’t bother to ask a 5 year if they have the form.
Then if you order online it doesn’t say bring form so I didn’t bring it. And guess what no picture was taken.
Not very considerate at all. I even asked if I can go somewhere else to get the pictures taken. No she goes to explain what a mess it was in the past when they did for someone else.
Well needless to say my kids will not take pictures with them ever again.
I will take them to a studio from here on.
Customer Service –None, you got to find you a better person. Had to call cause clearly they were avoiding me. Then all the sudden she finds it while one the phone with me.

Any way you get the picture, (no pun intended) this company goes to your childs school and take their pictures. You have no obligation to buy anything how ever if you want to keep memories of your childs per-​k school pics then you will buy it.
I ordered a 8×10 with a specific back ground and the name and year, it was hilarious not only did they mess up my order the only thing they did to rectify was offer a free 8×10 that I already didn’t like.
CCSD you need to find another company for photography.
