Just left store the owner is a VERY RUDE woman again please dont have a coupon because you will still will pay full price and you will have tiny scoops by this woman ughhhh why and she won’t bother to give your receipt because it has a coupons on the back forget that I will not be back to this location expecially when she kept getting snarky/​snappy with my mother weres your customer service???

I ordered a cake her two days in advance, the teddy bear one. When I picked it up there wasn’t a nose or eyes on it. I had to show the owner (yes the mean one everyone is talking about) a picture of the cake online and then she reluctantly added a nose and eyes. Do not buy your cake from here. You’re better off going to a specialty place, or somewhere else in general. I feel bad, I hope she doesn’t treat her employees poorly. Their customer service skills are definitely lacking as it shows on their Unilocal page. I will not be back to this location for treats or a cake. See my photo in the notes/​tips.

Every time I have gone there they have always been very nice I love their ice cream nutty coconut and bubblegum I recommend this place

Worst experience ever, nobody said a word until I approached to counter and asked them if they serve ice cream donut sandwich. Cashier is inexperience and she seems not speaking much English. I asked if I can choose 2 different ice cream to mix for a donut sandwich, she had to go away and ask some other worker and simply just said one word to me «yes», not even a smile or any additional question. It took about 7 – 10 minutes to make a donut ice cream sandwich, how amazing it is !!! What is more amazing is they charged $ 6.25 for a ice cream donut!!! It’s outrageous and ridiculous !! I looked at receipt and they charged a normal sandwich price $ 3.49 plus a kid scoop which cost $ 2.29 extra, what I asked is just a mixed ice cream donut, I didn’t have any extra kid scoop. Size wise there is no change and should have no extra charge. I questioned the cashier and she looked at me and just bowed her head and ignored me with saying nothing. By this point I’m not going to ask anything more, this store is rip off and I don’t suggest anyone go to this place. No customer service, no training, the other RB I went before have way better service, at least they would say hi and ask what you want.

Horrible service! Only one girl was working fast, the other girl had no clue what she was doing. I paid $ 11 for melted ice cream and the ice cream was not the correct portion, I’m a regular. Baskin Robin corporate team should reach out or conduct a franchise visit to ensure standards are being met. I will not be going to this location again. Waste my money.

The new staff is bad. Last two times have been a disaster. First time the smallest ice cream balls I’ve ever seen. The second time it was more vanilla flavour milk then a Vanilla milkshake. I love Baskin Robbins. But not this location.

I had a terrible experience with Anna at the counter today. I ordered 2 scoops in a sprinkle waffle bowl from a very kind young man. I paid, then another employee, Anna, told me that my order was misrung and that I owed $ 0.80.
I went to gather some change and did not have enough. I did not think I should have to use my debit card for a few cents, after the ice cream had already been served and I had already paid.
Anna told me not to order things I couldn’t pay for. I reminded her that I had already paid and didn’t want to use my card for a few cents.
Long story short, I left without ice cream. Anna said she credited my account, but it has not been credited. I really don’t care about $ 5.60. I was appalled at how rude Anna was. She was totally snapping at me. My friend and I were speechless.
I am a teacher at a nearby school and buy my kids treats from that store on a regular basis. Anna caused this shop to lose a loyal customer today.

I’m giving it a 4 stars because Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream! They have the best Rocky Road hands down, no one else has as good a flavor! It’s unfortunate that I hear the old Asian lady owner is so rude and terrible to her workers! I haven’t had the displeasure of ever running in to her, but if I do and her attitude is like everyone claims… I have no issues telling her how it is! Today the workers were pleasant and more than happily packed out ice cream quarts for us! I’m very satisfied

The owner I think her name is sung (the Asian lady) is very rude to her employees and customers. Very disrespectful. Made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be returning to this location.

This location is alright. They sometimes get my orders correct. The staff here is ok and the place is clean.

Always loved the pralines and cream. Reminds me of my childhood we owned 5 successful franchises in California. Anyways, very dirty location but most of all the staff didn’t wash their hands or wear gloves when serving ice cream?!? The manager answered the phone, handled money and scooped ice cream without washing her hands or wore gloves. YUCK!

The Asian owner of this Baskin Robins is very abusive to the teenage workers. She covers this up by threatening the kids to not involve their parents. Business practices of not posting a schedule, withholding paychecks, and the poor treatment of the workers should be grounds to be investigated by local authorities. I have heard many complains from parents who’s child has worked there. The woman needs to learn better management skills and interpersonal relationship skills. Then maybe she will retain loyal and knowledgable staff. I will not frequent this establishment because of the poor treatment of the kids that work at this location.
Be careful because the Asian lady is so cheap she also allows expired items to be sold even when the workers point out that the expiration date is past.

Asian woman (no name tag) working ⁷⁄₃₀ at 12:30pm was extraordinarily rude and had the worst customer service. we asked for 2 medium mint chocolate chip milkshakes, extra thick. Took her 15 minutes to make them, which we had no where else to go so not a big deal. We got them and paid, no thank you no eye contact. Nothing. Again, oh well. We walk out and sip our drinks. They were like minty milk, thin barely and any ice cream. Definitely not extra thick. I walk back in and tell her that we asked for them extra thick, which she then told me was extra money. I have never paid extra for it before. If she had told me before she made them that it would be more money, it wouldn’t have been a big deal. But to make my order wrong and then try and charge me? No. At this point she said «then I can’t do anything». My fiancé walked in and eventually we got our money back. She told us that «don’t care about you, don’t come back». Over a milk shake? really? It was a simple fix to add some more ice cream. And don’t be rude to customers.
Summary: Rude staff loses business for location.

Ordered Thomas’s theme ice cream cake for my boy, he was turning 3. When we pick up the cake, it was completely different from the picture of their book.
They did put train, but it was NOT Thomas, it was an ugly and plain random train and the decoration far from what we expected. Very dissapointed !
We complaint right away. The korean lady seems does not know Thomas the train, she probably thinks all train are the same.
Took us 30 minutes waiting to get our Thomas theme cake.
The cake almost melted, we had to rush back to our home :(
My husband said he will not come back to this location, so do I. Just because this location close to our house, does not mean we would not buy from other location.
I had good experience with the one on Jones and Desert Inn.

There is nothing more I adore than ice cream. I would like to thank to Kylie for her great customer service. After sampling all 31 flavors I decided on daiquiri ice and watermelon sherbert. I loved the sweetness of both flavors. I will definitely be back for more. Pretty please Baskin Robins get a green tea flavor and maybe something cherrylicious. xoxo

First off I’m happy with the prices and flavors of baskin robbins compared to cold stone. The smalls here are bigger than cold stone which is a bonus.
My husband and i went in for ice cream and were acknowledged. The girl got us or ice cream quick and we were in and out in like 10 minutes. I still love this baskin robbins and they are close to home.

Customer service ruined my mood to even want to purchase anything from here. When I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged Then after I stood in line for 5 minutes, the young girl at the cashier, looked at me then proceeded to help the customers who had just walked in.
You’re better off going somewhere else for ice cream, unless you’re favorite topping is rudeness

This location is close to home so it’s very convenient for us. Every time we’ve been in we’ve been greeted and served quickly. Cold stone is closer to us so we’ve forgotten about BR for a while but we actually DO prefer it. So many delicious flavors, fast service and great staff. We really like HANNA! She’s super friendly and she is actually back there working not just standing around. I recently l discovered the flavor, Icing On The Cake and I don’t know what to do with my life now, it’s all I can think about. It’s so good you’re doing yourself a disservice by NOT trying it. Seriously. Anywhoo, fast, friendly, delicious and affordable. Thanks!

I have been going to Baskin & Robins since I was a young child. They always had the best ice cream and ice cream cakes.
I love the chocolate peanut butter ice cream from Baskin & Robin’s. That’s usually the only flavor I eat there. I also usually grab an ice cream cake from here when I am in need of a birthday cake. They write whatever you want on the cake and you are out of there quickly.
The problem I have is this particular location is that the lady here is not very pleasant. I’m not sure if she is the owner, but I am thinking she may be. I’m sure an employee would not be able to be so unpleasant with the customers. Also, they are very cheap when it comes to the size of the scoops of ice cream on the cone. I tolerate it though because of that damn chocolate peanut butter ice cream.lol.
The customer service is very poor here. The one star is for the management not the ice cream.
