I called before hand and they put a battery in the side for me which I thought was great… However their website advertises putting the battery in for you and there was a sign that says for 100 $ Duracell purchase, get 20 $ gift card… well no gift card, they wouldn’t honor the promotion… and… they wouldn’t install the battery in my car at first… We basically had to get mean for them to do what they advertise on their website and install the battery… Probably not gonna come back again… I’m only giving them two stars because the guy cut his hand…

A really fine battery supply store. Very wide selection of specialty batteries.
I have only used them for motorcycle batteries, so my experience is limited. But they are fairly knowledgeable and friendly.
Only knock so far: I’ve been waiting two weeks for them to contact me on the status of the battery I have been waiting for. No one from the store has contacted me, which leads me to believe that they have not received it yet.
Long story short… call them or stop on because they don’t seem to follow up.
To me, this is not acceptable, but hey, it’s Las Vegas (Eastside).

I have never had any complaints with the items that I have purchased. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I visit this store on numerous occasions for batteries, LEDs, chargers and so on. Even the items that are not visible, management is very helpful with finding a way to get it for me no matter how long it takes. I give this store a double thumbs up.
