I was referred to Bee Masters by my exterminator because it was something he could not do. I was a little frantic when I first called and spoke to Daniel. He was very professional and answered all my questions no matter how stupid they were! Since I had never had this happen before I had plenty of questions! They were out the next morning exactly when they said they would be. I didn’t even have to be home since they were in one of my columns on the outside of the house. When I came home the bees were now all over one of my planters in my yard! I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many bees in my life! I called Bee Masters to ask if this was normal. They came back out that night at 7pm and took care of them once more with no extra charges because it was within a 72 hour time frame. The $ 150 was well worth it! If you’re ever in need of this type of service (I hope you’re not!) this is the company for you! Very professional, reassuring and proficient! I will definitely recommend!

Excellent experience from first contact through end of project! We were referred to Bee Masters through our Realtor Ellen Fahr after we discovered a serious Africanized Killer Bee infestation on the second story of our newly purchased home. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism over the phone and their enthusiasm to assist us the same day. They were even able to give us an accurate quote over the phone ($ 150).
The Bee Master arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the work, including how long it would take him to bomb the bees (30 minutes). When he was finished, he advised me that we had a full hive that had been there for at least two months and had accumulated approximately 40 to 60 lbs of honey and hive. He was not pushy when he suggested that we pay to have the hive removed, rather, he was matter-​of-​fact, suggested we do some research and call them back should we decided to go through with the additional work.
I really appreciated his demeanor in explaining the situation. I didn’t feel like I was being «up sold» a product. He seemed genuinely concerned about the hive eventually melting and causing us more damage. The price of the hive removal was $ 1200 total, but it was worth every penny. He arrived on time again, explained the scope of work thoroughly and said that it would take 3 hours to complete. He was efficient, non-​disruptive and had the job done in exactly 3 hours. You can even pay him by credit card and get a text message receipt.
Overall, I highly recommend Bee Masters if you are unfortunate enough to need their services. You won’t find a better company in Vegas. These guys exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
