Bella Si Salon & Spa

I went in for a manicure a couple of months ago w/​my dad before his wedding. I’m posting this today because I just joined Unilocal.
It wasn’t a very good experience. They were close to closing and I had brought in an older bottle of nail polish. I was seated with the only person left who tells me that she’s a hair lady. Okay. An hour and a half later we end up paying her for 1 incomplete set & my dad filing his own nails.
She was:
Unexperienced
Carrying a limited selection of neon nail polish (so I couldn’t opt out for a similar color like blue or silver)
Mildly unprofessional (due to newness)
So, maybe it’s better during normal hours?
& maybe this was a freak occurrence. But either way, this is what my dad and I received. And I won’t be back.

Loved this place! Called and was able to get an appointment within the hour with Rosie. Not only were the prices extremely reasonable but my blonde came out bright and beautiful! She really listens to you and is great at explaining options and what is best for your hair. The owner was great and offered me refreshment as soon as I arrived. I will be coming back here regularly!

If I could give this place 0 in stars I would. I purchased a Groupon for a cut, color and style and I understand that because I have long hair and extra charge was going to apply. I informed Tracy the day before my appointment that my hair was to my mid back and she let me know that it would be about a $ 20 to $ 40 upcharge. The day I go in for my appointment she informs me that my hair is much to long and that it would be a $ 200.00 upcharge! I asked if we can meet in the middle somewhere to see what we could do and she stated that the only thing she could do was do an all over color of black which is already my natural color! She denied my service and told me that I should have never bought a Groupon and that I should talk to them for a refund. Very unprofessional and rude! Go at your own risk!

Being entertainers it is SOOOO important that our hairdresser and us are on a perfect link. When we find just the right one WE KEEP ‘em. We just moved back to Vegas a couple weeks ago (actually Summerlin) and were desperate to find just the right people, and we did. We happened to have breakfast at a local place (food not that good) BUT just a few doors down we walks into Bella Si. There we met Terry, the owner. Right away he made us feel at home. He loves Johnny & June music too. Long story short, it was a great experience, Tracy did Cyndi’s hair and she LOVED it. Tracy took time with Cyndi on how to repeat her care. I was put it the hands of Ellen, who was actually a barbara who understood my need to keep the character look I play. She did GREAT. My hair stylish was Valentina and she was amazing! You need to go see her if you need a hair cut! This Salon went up and beyond to make me feel welcome! They are truly what customer service is all about. Sweet and caring and truly makes you feel like they are there to make you happy. I came in with horrible damage hair and left feeling happy and satisfied!
Word of advice!
Never cut your hair by watching youtube tutorials! They are a disaster waiting to happen!
