Best Buy Blind Factory

I had Gary the owner give me a price and promise so many things, job was late, never finish the job bad qwality, nice face when want your money and after job done try look for him, not recommend!!!

I would have to agree with the previous review. I had walked into there store and no one even greeted me when I walked in. I asked about certain brands and the sales person was not very knowledgable. When I did make an Appt for estimate at my home, they showed up 2 hours late without even a phone call. I didn’t use them and could not recommend to my worse enemy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They have great prices, and their products look good, but we had a mountain of problems:
1. The guy who took the down payment from us told us to leave the «To:» line blank so they could stamp it. After we left, he wrote in «CASH» and took it to the bank and signed for it himself.
2. They missed the installation date by over a week, and whenever my wife called their response was that the manager was out sick. This happened on several different days. Obviously they never called back, either.
3. When the blinds were installed, they were not the type shown in their advertisement, and instead of the nice wooden parts on their floor models we got parts made of plastic. When we called to point out the problem, we were able to negotiate a lower price, except…
4. They forgot to order the blinds for one of our windows, and when I called back a few days later to make sure they had indeed ordered it, I was told that I owe them $ 200 and that they wouldn’t install the last blind unless we paid the full original price that we were quoted.
We checked the BBB, and there are numerous unresolved complaints against this company. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
