Well, based on just about every other review saying good things about the green chili burger, or green chili whatever, I tried the burger. I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviews about the green chili! I would certainly wonder that being this is New Mexico, do they use green chilis from«Hatch, N. M??? Of course Hatch being world famous for their green chilis. However, whether or not they do is irrelevant because it was very good, and that burger was bursting with flavor. The staff were working hard, and were very efficient. The building is a little dated, but so what. It was clean! I am glad I found this little gem, and will be back. Thanks fellow Unilocalers!

Blake and June Chancellor would be disappointed with the unsanitary condition of this one location. I realize that it gets busy but clean as you go! On another note, the Chancellor’s would find some humor at the state of disorganization. Everyone was telling the counter help that their order was lacking this and that. The food is still tasty and we will go back when we pass through. .if for anything to be entertained.

I absolutely love their breakfast burritos! the Bacon breakfast burrito is the local favorite here. As someone from California, who has moved to NM, Its by far the best place fast food wise, to get food! especially in this small town. Other great favorites to get are the frito pie(if you don’t feel like making it yourself), the burgers are pretty great as well as the chile cheese fries! I especially like getting a green chile burger. if you’re visiting the state or passing through, this is definitely a place to go to! I like to call it New Mexico’s «In-n-Out»

I loooved their bacon burrito with green chili. It was a good size and it tasted so good! The shakes aren’t exactly remarkable, they just taste like average shakes which is to be expected since they aren’t really known for their shakes. This would be five stars, but I thought the customer service was a bit slow and they also forgot to give us our drinks at first. Besides that I’m definitely going to come back here again :)

First stop(coming southbound on I-25) in New Mexico! The BEST green chili cheeseburger(Double Lota Burger with Cheese and Green Chili) on the fast food planet. Great crew in Las Vegas, clean restaurant, and add a Cherry Shake and French Fries to complete the visit. My sabrosa!

Did not enjoy at all. The beef patty tasted like it was frozen… will not be going back

For fast food a local alternative to the standards. Since it is local to NM, you can get some of the local twists on your burger. Big plus, the lettuce on the burger was still crisp when we ate our meal.

California has In-n-Out, Texas has Braums… New Mexico has Lotaburger. All my out of state company makes it a point to get their green chile cheeseburger fix here.
