Dr. Umbach and all of his staff are amazing. The entire process couldn’t have gone smoother. Results are amazing, and support has been fantastic. Only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner!

Worst, unprofessional, unorganized experience of my life! I had my original appointment in November, I was told the consultation would be $ 50, at the consultation literally nothing was, they took a picture and weighed me, I went home and did my own research on which procedure was best fit for me. Few weeks later I get a bill for an additional $ 100 for my consultation. I drove to the office and Shannon helped me out and thought got things straightened out. I did end up having to pay but it seemed like a true misunderstanding between what they were told and the insurances. We decided to wait until the new year to go any further. I had my upper gi appointment scheduled for this Friday and was to go in to sign authorization papers before the procedure since it was more than 30 days out. I went today and was told I had to do another pre op and pay an additional $ 150 since two months had passed since my original. There is no consistency between what one person tells you to the next. I was told I’m mindys patient and that’s her final decision. And I have left three messages to Shannon whom I spoke with originally and she has not returned my calls or held true to her word on the timeline on how events would lead up to the actual surgery. I decided to cancel all my appointments and searching for another practice that stands behind their word.

Former and forever greatful patient of Dr Umbach!!! The staff at Blossom make the experience from start to finish, AMAZING!!! They are always friendly, professional, and eager to answer all questions and then some! I wish dealing with Every and Any medical office was pleasant as they are! I was planning to have my sleeve surgery with another «sought out «gastro doctor, but Im glad they treated me like &*$+ and made me look somewhere else! Their loss and only Dr umbach and the staff at Blossoms gain!!!

Dr Umbach performed a sleeve gastrectomy on my dad. No complications or issues. My dad recovered really quickly & comfortably. He didn’t even need more pain medication than his normal aches & pains rx.
We were so impressed with his team and the excellent care received in his surgery center. There were even concerns about his lab results and health history that came up prior, they took the necessary steps to be cautious, run more labs, and dig deeper asking the right questions to be sure the surgery wasn’t a risk they couldn’t competently handle in the surgery center vs a hospital.
There were a mere couple of mixups in paperwork, but all was ironed out efficiently once discovered. We traveled from Seattle to Las Vegas to get this done, and it was overall a pleasant and pretty smooth experience, despite some minor hiccups.

I started making appointments here back in April, and the earliest they had was for June, but thankfully they actually were able to get me in for the consult in May. They are a full service office and everyone is nice. I had the sleeve on July 24^th and have had no ill side affects. I lost 15 lbs in the first 10 days and I will update this review later on after more time has past. I would incredibly highly recommend this surgeon and the office, they have given me another chance to live my life how I want to live and they make you feel like family. Even the hospital they use for the operation has amazing service. If you are at all considering bariatric surgery then this is the way to go.
