This place is great. I love it. Been coming for months now and everyone is super nice everytime. Xavier is awesome! Love him :) Also a very clean place and super homey. Life long guest here :)

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CARD OR ACCT INFO!!! I have been using Body Heat Tanning for several years at several different locations. I have never had a complaint until recently when I let an employee talk me into signing up for the monthly unlimited package.
According to this employee the package would only cost $ 100 a month but for the third month in a row I have been charged $ 115 – 120, but this is not why I caution you against giving out your information to them. The kicker was when I TRIED to CANCEL my services and they KEPT CHARGING ME. Now THEY REFUSE to CANCEL and CONTINUE to CHARGE me until I pay them the over due amount.
I had to put a non payment on my card which worked but now they are racking up $ 100+/month that I will have to dispute with the credit companies. I tried cancelling twice through email and even had an employee call once. This is obviously a SCAM to charge peoples cards as many times as they can before they must stop so please BEWARE of this company.
The employee that signed me up told me TWICE that I could cancel anytime before the first of the month and just be sure to use the email. Now when I went in to speak with that employee she is boldly lying to my face saying that she had said something completely different. My best guess is that this EMPLOYEE is LYING to customers FOR SALES because she probably makes commission.

Super service at this location! The girls at the counter know the customers by name & are knowledgable about their services & products. I had a zillion questions about their packages & Heather answered them all with patience & the info I needed to choose the right package for me.

The salon is set up nicely and is clean witch is expected, but that is not what truely impressed me. Now let me give a little background I am German and Irish so I am very pale with freckles and have never really tanned. I decided to go for a spray tan. $ 35 bucks isn’t bad but what decided to do was pay for the member ship for 54 per month and they did not pressure me. I also got two free sessions in the level 5 bed. Now now let me Get to what impressed me Christina signed me up, she was so knowledgeable it was crazy how much she knew! And she will spend any amount of time with you just so you understand and isn’t pushy or forcefully in buying a membership Eve. The locations she knows about them all! But again didn’t five anything on me or any of the other 3 people I saw her help she even gave them alternatives if they refused to buy location. The 2^nd time I went I had the same wonderful experience just with a different girl I mean they make me feel so comfortable now the last and final thing I want to clear up I see a lot of reviews about how they didn’t explain the cancellation policy blah blah NO YOzu just don’t understand! What a 30 day notice is I mean she went over it three timed with me so i understood. I also love the flexibility of being
go to any of tveir locations and they also just took over tan factory. This location is opened until mid ight but they have 24 hour locations aand you can go to any with your member shop. Now let’s get to how great my tan looks! I am so tan I love it they gave me so many ttips down to what to wash with to ensure my tan lasted and stuck. Spray tanning may not be for eeveryone but if youre white like me and can’t build a tan go for the memebrship Its worth it. And just because I’m new to the tanning world doesn’t mean I didn’t research I even went into other salons and felt like i was wasting THEIR time. I
