I used Bogus Productions to buy tickets for a show in Las Vegas. I purchased them on 09÷05÷07 for a show on 09÷15÷07. They immediately charged my credit card, but I never received the tickets or any email indicating that I would be receiving them. I have been emailing and calling them all week, but i couldnt get a response until today. They stated that I would not be receiving tickets but that i was supposed to use the confirmation email at will call. I explained that i never got an email and that’s the problem. I was told I would get that email tonight. But i’m leaving for vegas tonight. They did not send a confirmation email. I’m supposed to show my id at the door now to get in. Why cant businesses just do what they say they’re going to do? If you sell tickets, then sell the tickets, then send the tickets, and confirm the tickets. Dont make me hound you for tickets i purchased through your company please! I’ll write more if i actually get into the show. I got into the show, and i’m convinced it was only because my nephew was in the band. His mother talked to the guy that was supposed to have sent me the tickets and/or have me on «the list». Still only gets one star for all of my troubles. :)
