I had such a bad experience with hotties hair salon, i came to canyon falls to fix the damage… Geuzane is great .she fix my color and did beautiful extension work… amazing service ! I will be coming here from now on

DO NOT GO TO CANYON FALLS! I’ve been coming here for years and most recently I have experienced the worst customer service by Adam, the salon owner! I recently bought extensions (like I always do) and I gave my hair stylist’s name to him so i could get the 10% off (like I always do) and Adam was yet again being difficult. He proceeded to say I need to call her and speak to her to get the OK for you to use her discount. I said I was here literally a week ago and in the system it should show the discount applied! We ran out of hair and that’s why I’m here to buy more. Needless to say I paid full price because I refused to listen to this dumb A$$ any longer. Adam is arrogant, nasty mannered, greedy and just an over all con artist. I will never again purchase anything from this salon or any local canyon falls spa since they are all owned by Adam!

Came here as a new client for cut and color. Geuzane is a miracle worker!!! My new blonde color is beautiful!!! I will be back and I suggest others to visit her!!!

I’ve been here multiple times for hair extensions. Adam and all the gals are extraordinarily knowledgeable, all being beautiful is a plus ;) I’d definitely recommend anyone Canyon falls hair services, as all the stylists are amazing ! It’s not only a place to get your hair done, it’s a place where the stylists genuinely care about your needs.

Went in today as a last minute haircut this place was really nice looking. The atmosphere is clean and nice Cindy helped me out she was super friendly and very talkative which didn’t make the hair appointment weird. As far as the wash it was short which I didn’t like but the cut was great it’s really hard to find someone that can cut long think hair like mine and Cindy did a great job. When she blow dried my hair she did it regular nothing special about it they do curl it at the end however it didn’t stick :(. Other than that I would definitely go back with Cindy.

Anyone in need of a new hair stylist should go see Kris! She is personable and really great at coloring, cutting and styling! She has been our families stylist for several years and we will follow her anywhere she goes! My daughter finally let her cut 3 inches off of her hair and put some layers in it and it looks so amazing!

I have had my hair and lashes done by the amazingly talented Ciera R. When I tell you she is so wonderful and has such a pleasant personality!!! You will have the best experience when going to her!

Don’t ever buy hair here!!! Bought hair and it tangles. I have bought the bohyme for years, but when I purchase it from this salon it’s always tangled and never lasts. The hair dressers aren’t that great either. Don’t waste your time and money. The owner was unwilling to return also!

Wow what a great salon, I am quite the picky girl so pleasing me is not always easy.
I bought 325.00 worth of hair for Extentions and as happens occasionally I got hair that the cuticle is running in wrong direction, it is a nightmare and can destroy perfectly good hair, causing a tangled mess.
However the owner completely replaced it no problem. (very rare)
He had his fabulous stylist Cynthia Jackson do my hair, she seriously is amazing. A possibly horrible situation completely turned around, I could not be happier and I will be returning for for future services.

I liked this place because it was convienent but as I have found out from others they lie to you and give you false quotes. I was told they had a 499 special. When I was checking out it jumped to 800! I had hair extensions put in and bought their hair. Well within one day hair was matted up. So I called and they admitted they were getting bad batches of hair and would fix the problem. I had to wait two weeks and miss work because I looked horrible with hair you couldn’t put a comb through. So the same girl did my hair again and she charged me another 500! So now 1400 in and the second batch wasn’t great either.
I hear a lot of complaints about their blonde hair. I am surprised they are still in business.

I’ve been getting my hair done by Joeanna Parker for years now. I just have to say her hair skills are exceptional. Whether it’s cutting, styling and especially color! She has been on every hair journey (quarter life hair crisis) with me. From black to platinum, wild colors, short to weaves Joeanna has hit it out of the ball park every time. She’s very knowledgable about treatments and the right product to use for whatever hair phase I’m in. I love that she has introduced me to Olaplex! It’s the healthiest blonde ombré I’ve ever seen ! She’s fun, professional and super talented. If you are interested in bright bold colors she is literally the best in town. Check her social media for proof!

1^st time customer. Walked in the door and got greeted by 3 people. They all talked at once to ask me what I was in for. I let them know a pedicure. They walked me to the back room and asked if I’d like a water bottle. The girl came back and handed me a little cup and said sorry they were out of water bottles. Cool, that’s fine. Happens sometimes. People run out of water bottles. I sat in their back room for about 10 – 12 mins and a girl came back and told me that the girl who was going to do my pedicure left for a family emergency. I could tell she wasn’t being honest due to her inability to look me in the eyes and tell me. Also, WHY did the manager send her to tell me? That’s what blew my mind. She then offered me to go to someone in there for a free blow out instead of saying you know what, because we made you wait we’ll go ahead and comp you next appointment to make up for this mishap or at least some kind of discount. I can do my hair for free… I wanted a pedicure. I rushed over there after work, I drove across town, I got a babysitter for my 9 month old and wanted to get a pedicure before my birthday cruise on Monday. She didn’t even seem interested when I told her it was a bummer and I couldn’t reschedule the next day since I was so busy and I was leaving out of town on Monday. I had to ask for a business card and wasn’t even told to call them to see what they can do. Her sorries were not even sincere and just seemed like she wanted to rush me out the door. I will never go in there again. I was able to go see a sweet girl who came in just to do a pedicure on me today at Parisian Day Spa right up the street from you guys and recommend everyone to go there! Thanks!

So horrible I totally got lied to the guy that the owner or the manager I don’t know he sold me extensions promising me that it’s one of the best extensions it’s Ukrainian hair blah blah blah, but in reality it was some crap made in China that was silicone coated and after two washes it turned into crap. To say the least I am extremely disappointed I will never ever ever recommend anyone to buy their hair extensions from here.

I thought I was crazy but I’m glad to read many others had similar experiences with their hair (which is too bad).
My hair tangled up in knots that were unbearable after a couple washes. It was literally a workout getting these knots out of these wefts while watching my $ 500 spent on hair rip out in clumps. I’ve had extensions from Sally’s that were more tame able…
The lady who helped me find the extensions was kind, courteous, and helpful. I will return to find out the colors I purchased but otherwise I will not be returning for services.

Canyon Falls has one of the best hairstylist in the business… Geuzane Castro I have been doing my hair with her for many years and she is just amazing totally recommend her services and she has the cutest personality…

PROS: Gladys Williams is a gem. My experiences with her has always been pleasant and professional.
CONS: The cleanliness in the salon in general is in need of improvement things are looking tired not so much messy. Management needs to restore FREE WIFI.

Very inexpensive with an online promotion I got. I went in for a hot stone massage. It was meh. I’d give it a 4 on a scale from 1 – 10. The therapist backed off on areas where I would have liked more pressure and used too much pressure in areas that were more sensitive. I hate being on edge during a massage because you aren’t sure whats coming. meanwhile not really enjoying it but also not wanting to deal with ending the session for another therapist.
While waiting for my friend to finish up in the lobby I sat while the 2 receptionists chit-​chatted loudly about boyfriends and what they were ordering for dinner. Unprofessional.
My friend said her massage was incredible. she had reflexology. The next few days after though she had a lot of pain in her sides where he did some work. Could have been from something she has going on internally. not too sure.
This place is just not up to par. Spend a little more for a better experience elsewhere.

Debra Weite is amazing! She did a great job turning my hair from black to dark purple. My hair looks so healthy and beautiful. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get a cut, color or extensions. I am used to going to people for color and my hair ends up damaged from the dye but with Debra she has so much knowledge she makes your hair gorgeous and gives you the look you want with out damages to your hair.

I hate to leave bad reviews but after my experience at Canyon Falls, I feel the need to. I was beyond excited to have my hair colored and new extensions put in. Almost 1000 dollars later, I left the salon satisfied. I washed my hair and the color seemed orange. I decided to call, and they fixed it no problem. Great. But now, there was another issue. Since the second day I left the salon I had been loosing beads from my extensions and within a month the hair was tangled and felt old. I know it’s not normal and finally I had enough. I was told to go and talk to Mary, who was extremely rude to me told me it was my fault, and to either buy new hair or there’s nothing she can do. I demanded to see a manager who once again pointed fingers at me, but eventually agreed for 40 $ they could deep condition and put my extensions back in with another stylist.
To make a long story short, my extensions are fine now, still a little tangly. But it’s funny how it was my fault, even though now I’m not loosing any beads. I’ve never had this many issues at a hair salon and doubt I’ll go back. At least they were willing to fix the problem but I feel like the customer service and issues were to much to overlook.
