I completely agree with Tim H. I have tried so many carpet cleaners and have not been satisfied with any of them! Care-​Pro is fabulous! I liked them so much that I had them return to clean and polish our travertine floor. Best job ever! Gustavo (the owner), Christian and the rest of the crew are very conscientious and do meticulous work. I also found them to be very trustworthy… I was not uncomfortable with them in my home.

After having a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company this morning I looked on Unilocal to find some good reviews for carpet cleaners I saw these guys and gave them a call. Gustavo was very nice and Pro Fessional he sent me his two guys over within the next two hours and I have to tell you they did an amazing job. They were quick and my couch and carpets look great! I would recommend them to anyone who asks me about carpet cleaning. I will definitely be using them again.

Update: Gustavo and his crew came back the following weekend to re-​do the carpet patch and it looks great now. All the dark edges were also re-​cleaned and look much better now. Customer service again was excellent, thank you.

Gustavo gave me a fast quote, which was by far the best price out of the three others I requested. Great service! Did a great job cleaning my two carpeted area rugs and my sectional sofa. When I let Gustavo know i had a cushion that needed special attention due to a sick family member’s accident, he made sure to treat the area with special enzymes to clean the area and get rid of the odor.
I will call them the next time I need upholstery and rug cleaning.

Eddie and josh did an amazing job on my carpets! They were courteous, answered any questions I had, and worked well together! Now I know who to call in the spring to get my carpets clean!

Josh and Eddie showed up ready to work! They quickly assessed the work and got right to it and finished the two bedrooms and the stairs in about 40 minutes. They left the place looking and smelling great! I would definitely call again for my next carpet cleaning.

Christian and his crew showed up right on time and did an estimate of cost before starting, which I appreciated.
I wanted my entire upstairs cleaned and needed to have 1 step repaired. The price quoted was very reasonable.
It took a little under 2 hours to complete everything. They were extremely professional and friendly. Everything looked brand new when they were finished.
I decided to get a quote for my tile and grout to be cleaned at a later date and will definitely be calling them back for an appointment.
Do yourself a favor and hire this company for all of your flooring, you truly won’t be disappointed!

Nacho did an amazing job cleaning the carpet of our RV yesterday! During our travels, we’d had a tire blow out on each side, which caused black marks on the carpet where the slide-​outs go in & out over the wheel wells. We’d even considered replacing the carpet, but Nacho has it looking like brand new! He was on-​time, as agreed, & very professional — I’d highly recommend this company!

My last tenant left the carpet in very poor condition with a hole, chewing gum stuck in the fiber, burn marks and very dirty. I wasn’t sure if it can be fixed or I would need to replace it. Thanks to care pro, it is spotless now. Everyone who has seen the before and after is amazed by the excellent job they did.

I am so thankful for a job diligently done with excellence and great attention to detail of every aspect of the work needed on my filty carpet. I wish I had a before and after picture but I was too embarrassed to take a pic of my carpet to show the world how filthy my 6 grandchildren had gotten my carpet after 9 months of running in and out and spilling red koolaid in several places. I am even embarrassed to announce how filthy it was but Gustavo came in and worked what I call a miracle and he did so with confidence and without any sign of negative judgment. I appreciate the job he performed. He left not one piece of evidence that my carpet had ever been that filthy.
Also, my grandchildren were there when he was cleaning my carpet and I was very pleased for them to see Gustavo’s impressive work ethic so I pointed out to them that Gustavo is a man who takes pride in his work and works to get the job done to perfection and that if they follow his example of working diligently to thoroughly get a job done as Gustavo does, they will go very far in life. And personally. I believe Gustavo is the kind of man who not only strives to satisfy his customers, but also the kind of man who would not be satisfied himself if his work was less than perfect.
