Charming Nails

Hands down the best nail salon on the planet. Julie is amazing. The shop is clean and well decorated and when you are there it is very calming. My nails last me 3 plus weeks. I will never go anywhere else.

I just started coming here a couple months ago and had an awesome experience with Julie! My gel nails stayed in tact longer than they ever have! She did a great job and is really sweet! Thank you Julie!!!

Came in here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure on what seemed to be a slow day. I was attended to quickly which was nice. The massage chair was that my butt didn’t fall asleep. Kim was friendly and polite. Overall I had a good experience coming here. Location is convenient for me as well.

Kim did an amazing job on my nails. I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but just from my experience she was very friendly and professional. The cost was only slightly higher than I usually pay, but considering the area it didn’t really surprise me. I am very happy with the overall experience

Terrible service. They had an older gentlemen start my service and then another tech too over because he had polish all over my toes. Also, they tried to charge me more for my service than they had advertised on the wall when you come in and most importantly the service was terrible!

I used to LOVE Charming Nails. My daughters and I would go every 2 weeks since they opened. They recently fired the manager and all employees except one I believe. I went once with the new employees and was very disappointed. No one knew what they were doing and my gel came off within 3 days. I pay a lot of money because I have acrylic plus gel and I had an event to go. I had to pay a new place to redo my gel. My daughters gel all came off within 1 – 2 days as well. Ironically, I never had a bad experience expect one time with one lady and she is the only employee that wasn’t fired.
I wish they wouldn’t have fired everyone. Now I will be going to a new nail salon. Everyone used to know us well and they always did a wonderful job. I would love to know where the manager went and the employees like Cindy and Brian because I will follow where they moved to.
Highly disappointing.

Have been going to Charming Nails since it opened. But since they changed management and staff it is my favorite place to get my nails done. Julie did an amazing job! And was so great to chat with. She really pays attention to you and the service she is providing. In the past my nails would chip or peel in the first week. Gel is now last 3 weeks. Highly recommend!

I originally went to Naturelle Nails which is like. across the street, but my nail girl had messaged me and told me she is now working at Charming Nails. So obviously, I came here — you follow the nail artiste~ haha
The inside décor is very cute and big. WiFi works here!!! and you don’t lose your reception/​connection once deep inside the store like the other stores in Downtown Summerlin which is a major plus! haha There are two big televisions on the walls so you have a choice in what you want to watch. Also, since it is located right next to Macy’s where the fountain is, you can people watch.
Mimi was once again my nail girl and she did a fabulous job. This nail salon has all the materials you need for whatever design you want — whether its foil, glitter, or jewels. Show a picture to Mimi and she will recreate it.
Also, I thought the owner was a really nice man. There were these prepubescent children wandering around and one of the girls was really upset, because she was hungry and her friends wouldn’t lend her 5 dollars… lol So he allowed her to sit in the store and charge her phone until her mother came to pick her up. Her friends then all came into the store to sit down — they were quite annoying and loud and the owner still let them sit there as long as they didn’t break anything or get too loud again. Very nice man. Annoying kids.

Went to this place when I was in Vegas. Just came in randomly but I was surprise with the super friendly staffs. The lady did a super awesome job on my nails flor a pretty cheap price (people at the party like them too ^^). I will definitely come back if I didn’t live so far away. I wish this nail salon is closer to me. I am surprised by the low rating I’ve seen here though. Ahh, the lady told me they are under new management.
