Been coming here for years but probably not again. Last two or three times all the employees and their friends are smoking 2 feet from the front door. You may not notice but my kids sure did. «Smells like an ashtray in there.» Sorry to see things sliding.

Delicious and the plenty of options! Clean and the kids that work there are very pleasant.

What’s there to not like about this place. I was looking for a Yogurtland and instead went in here. The name doesn’t fit the interior at all. I, for some reason passed by this place always thinking that it was a chilli restaurant. And I looooooooooove chilli. I was about to get super stoked if it was. Interior is immaculate, cool furniture inside, good number of flavors available to fit your mood, and a great worker who was smiley and sweet. I was a bit disappointed by the taro, but everything else I sampled was very good. My fave was the dole pineapple yogurt and the mango. On a hot summer day, this stuff hits the spot. The toppings were also super fresh… none of that stale nasty cereal or white edged chocolate from being too old. I’ll without a doubt come back here on the days I want a cold, soft serve.

I visited this location last week, I just moved down the street so this will be my regular yogurt store from now on. I’m giving 4 stars for the customer service, the manager was great. My sister and I were disappointed in the flavors though. Hopefully they will expand their flavor selection soon. The yogurt was yummy though so that’s good.

Customer service is a joke. I arrived and the host walked right by me like I was invincible, almost pushing me out of the way. When I asked a question she gave me a snarky comment. When I paid and she asked me about becoming a rewards member I told her I wouldn’t ever be back. She didn’t ask why. After paying ten dollars for two frozen yogurts I never got a thank you or any salutation. I will never be back. The yogurt wasn’t that good and I will definitely take my business elsewhere. If you know anything about running a business or customer service you’ll take a lesson learned and train your girls in at least greeting your guests and making them feel welcome.

The customer service on 6÷28÷15 @ 1230 was terrible. The girl«helping» us out didn’t greet us when we walked in and made me feel like I was in her way. I asked a question about where to get the waffle cone as she was making a fresh one and she responded«you have to buy one» instead of directing me to where they were. The only time she smiled was when she swiped my wife’s card for payment. She didn’t even thank her, she thanked me with my back turned her as I walked out. Plenty of lessons to be learned here. Customer contact employees should know the importance of eye contact, greeting and making customers welcomed so they want to return. Poor customer service just lost you a customer. Good luck!

I’m not sure what the complaints here are about. It’s a self service frozen yogurt shop, what sort of service do you expect? They smile, explain flavors and ring you up. Their flavors were great especially the Dole Pineapple! So good. My kids loved it and I have no complaints here! Thanks CW!

Not sure what everyone’s issue is with the flavors and the service. The 4 times i have been to CWs has been wonderful. The flavors i did have(granted i haven’t tried every one yet) were great in flavor and texture. Not runny and tasted like what was advertised. Christine was at the counter and she was very pleasant have also has 2 other employees on different visits that were friendly. Pros: wide variety of flavors, the texture(creamy and frozen not a soupy mess), they have a very large selection of toppings dry(cereals and candies) & fresh(fruit, mochie, chocolate dipper strawberries), they have milkshakes and slushie drinks, waffle cones, the store is kept very clean, christine said they are getting a crêpe machine soon. Cons: kind of hidden luckly i live about a 5 minute walk, that’s pretty much it for cons In about the span of 2 weeks I’ve been here 4 times. Staff was friendly, flavors were great, no machines were broken down, anything the advertised they had in stock, no lines. So any of the negative comments on here i dont get, maybe when they just opened and were getting their act together. Someone also complained they use the same yogurt at the business that was there before Menchies. Even Menchies doesn’t care about it lol. Not a big deal. This place is now my favorite when I’m in the mood for yogurt :)

First time at CW, but it will be my last. We went to get frozen yogurt with the kids and when we walked in the lady looked like she hated her job, she said hi but she wasn’t very friendly. After we paid she went to the back and never came back. We were there for about 15 to 20 min and she didn’t bother to check or ask if we needed something else. Horrible customer service. The yogurt was not that great, I had Dulce De leche(it was the best), strawberry(not so good) and hazelnut(watery and tasted horrible). My son had chocolate(it was ok) and mango(ok). I also believe that is over price, the quality and the flavors are not that great.

I was a big fan of this place when it was a Menchie’s. Now it’s an independent yogurt brand which is cool, but the product and experience just doesn’t cut it. Let’s face it: the service has always been really bad here, the machines are frequently broken, and the toppings are not-so-fresh or are empty, but Chilly Willie’s is nothing short of a complete dessert disaster area. I went here at least twice a week but after my last visit, it will be just that: my last. For a month or so after it de-identified as a Menchie’s, Chilly Willie’s was still serving something that was awfully similar to Menchie’s product. Yes, the exact same yogurt flavors and even more curious, the same texture and taste. They were even using the same Menchie’s yogurt product nutrition signs(see my photos for irrefutable proof)! I contacted Menchie’s corporate office and they didn’t care, which absolutely shocks me. I’m not sure if they are still using the signs because I haven’t been back in a a few weeks but their new yogurt is HORRIBLE. The flavors are downright disgusting and the texture is also«off.» I love dessert but this stuff is nasty! The toppings are much lower quality now(bye bye fresh berries, hello cheap watermelon chunks). The décor looks like some kid threw all of his monkey themed toys inside and ran away. No cohesive theme and just super junky and unappealing. There’s also an embarrassing Keurig coffee machine on the counter(yes folks, they want you to pay a giant markup to brew a K-Cup pod!!) and a super tacky milkshake machine like you’d find at the gas station down the street. I just can’t wrap my head around this mess. And as the final insult and slap in the face to former customers, Chilly Willie’s is no longer having to pay a Menchie’s franchise fee but guess what? Their prices stayed the same! You’d think they would lower the prices since they aren’t in the franchise system but nope, greed just took over. So you are paying premium Menchie’s prices for a far inferior product. I figure as more and more of their former customers go here, they will(like me) eventually not go back. Customers aren’t stupid, and I for one refuse to pay high prices for a crappy tasting product. When Chilly Willie’s closes its doors, I will be neither sad nor surprised.

I would say, STAYAWAY!!! Service. Was here yesterday. I must say that itvstill looks and feels like menchie’s. I tried making small talk with the guy working there but HEWASRUDE!!! I told him that it felt like the yogurt place before them, Menchie’s. and he suddenly got waaaay too defensive and ounded offended by what I said?! Well, I was just stating that fact and I meant no offense. He irrately told me that they are different because they have a shake machine, waffle machine, and monkies… well, that doesn’t really change the feel of the restaurant?! It still looks like menchie’s??! He also leaves us unattented for most of our stay. I’m not sure why but he keeps going to the back or outside. Food. Found no good flavors from the selection except strawberry. Frozen yogurt was a bit OVERPRICED. They dont have toppings, mms, chocolate shells, sprinkles, for toppings. Disappointing. They do haveochi topping which was the only thing I liked. Overall, bad service and limited selections for yogurt and toppings. Will never come back.

It’s usually not too busy when I go in there but last time it was packed. Christine, who was the worker, was constantly cleaning and keeping things moves smoothly and on top of that she had a very uplifting attitude. I love the flavors. They have the typical red velvet cake, cake batter, and peanut butter but I feel like they have some really good flavors that I don’t normally see elsewhere. My favorite was the blueberry and pineapple but they are always changing it up for us. After I got all my flavors and toppings Christine rung me up in the end she was very fun spunky and had great customer service and on top of it she gave me a monkey stamp! I will definitely be coming back to this one over all the other frozen yogurt places. Clean, delicious, always stocked up. P. S.GETMARSHMALLOWTOPPINGASAP!

This place has several delicious flavors, plus shakes and smoothies, plus chocolate shell, and tons of toppings. The guy working is always super friendly and helpful, and the prices are decent too! I hope this Chilly Willie’s is around for a long time!

Dole Whip. The end. But seriously, the rest of the place is weird with a shake maker and slush machines. The person who typically works the front is usually not in a good mood, BUT did I mention Dole Whip?

Never thought I’d be insulted by poor disrespectful service at a yogurt shop of all places. I walked in with my extended family of 7 for desert after a nice home cooked meal. No one was at the front of the store when we walked in and no one came out from the back for really about 3 to 4 minutes. When the guy did appear he had a sour face. No smile or welcome, then out of empty headedness and preoccupation, he questioned whether my wife’s yogurt had been weighed yet(it was the first one weighed). The kid made us feel like a real burden on his lifestyle. Never were we made to feel welcome or appreciated. We were the only customers there by the way. Owners I hope you are paying attention cause you just turned off seven people that live two blocks away. Yeah this was the kind of experience where you want to follow them to see when it fails. It was that bad.

My family and I have always enjoyed coming to Menchies since we moved to this part of town a few years ago. We were very disappointed when we found out they closed. We decided to try this place out anyways to see what replaced our favorite frozen yogurt place and, the yogurt was good but there were a few things that I noticed in the place. One, they had 3 employees working that night and it was only around 6:30 p.m. and the fruit toppings were all gone and they did not even bother to refill them. Two, their self serve toppings area was really messy. There were toppings all over the floor! It was a mess! Third, my son decided to try their milkshake machine for something different. Tried it and it was horrible! I read the ingredients on the back, and it had so much chemicals in them! Not your typical milkshake and it had a chalky after taste! I hope they straighten up many of these issues in order to stay in business in this very competitive town.

*** Unilocal100CHALLENGE29/100*** Out with the old, and in with the new. As I was driving pass one day last week, I noticed a sign Chilly Willie’s with a cute little monkey that caught my attention. I thought, how odd that they would have another fro-yo shop in the same complex, but as it turns out Menchie’s is out and a new sheriff has moved in to town. From what we we’re told they officially opened their doors on Valentines day, and that they are an East coast based company. It seems like they kept most things similar to the old place like flavors and toppings based on pictures I’ve seen. I never actually got to visit when it was still Menchie’s so I can’t make a clear comparison. The yogurt itself is really good, I sampled a variety and decided on cake batter and pineapple. The pineapple rivaled the dole whip you get from a different chain but CW quality is so much better. They have a lot of flavor combinations you can create so it makes for a fun trip with the kids.
