The lady at the front of the store is the type of person to disrespectfully treat a grown adult like a kid for having a drink in their hand…

Ok, so this place is objectively a hidden gem, I have lived literally a block away from this store for about a year and have always seen it and passed by it every day towards work never paying much mind to it; the other day I said what the heck I have extra time why not. I skimmed through the aisles and found that yes granted like 90% of the inventory they carry is like designer imposter stuff, but for their prices, who really cares, granted they quality of their products range from really well made reproductions or label grade stuff to questionable, but again, the price is right, you can pay more for used items at a thrift shop in horrible condition than you pay for something that you can probably remove the label and no one will ever know the difference. They have different styles, some are hit or miss, I myself found a pair of loafers there that I actually received plenty of compliments over for $ 9, that were not quite but nearly on par but very close with a pair of Steve Madden loafers that I paid 8 times the amount for. Synthetic reproductions that don’t cost an arm and a leg and if you’re a label fanatic like myself, easy remedy, remove it. There’s even a clearance section for stuff that’s originally priced at like $ 10, if you want to save some money, and are looking for some unique and comparable clothing and accessories, just go and check it out, most likely find one thing you like there, and it’ll save you some cash.

I was excited when I found out that they were going to put a Citi Trends on my side of town. But if I didn’t drive past that place every day to work, then I never would have known that they were finally open. So I finally made my way in and stopped through one day after work and I wasn’t impressed with the selection of clothes like I was at the one located on Rancho. If you read my review for their Rancho location, you know that I was impressed with the number of actual name brand(not knock offs) selection that they had. This one seemed to have more no name brands for cheap like other discount stores. The shoe selection here is huge though. Shoes for days. And very well organized. Not a complete mess like other stores can be. I am a fan of their housewares because they carry more Afrocentric designs and are very reasonable priced. I would come back to shop here. Just more likely for my son or if I want a new item to decorate my house with.
