Everyone is very nice and courteous. I only waited 5 minutes. The assistant Paulette was very sweet and professional. Dr. Jennifer was kind, professional and was able to get right prescription for my needs. No more squinting for me… Thank you Clear Vision Team. I recommend them!

Go somewhere else! Our families experience here has been awful. The glasses are never ready when the promise(3 – 5 days is what they said every time) The first time took them 10 days, and they never once called to say the glasses had arrived! It was our mistake to go back for another round of exams and glasses for the family the next year. They again said 3 – 5 days for the kids new glasses. This time it took almost 3 weeks for the frames to arrive(according to the office) If you are buying glasses that aren’t in stock, wouldn’t you want to know? Of course the glasses are for an active boy who broke both arms within two weeks(rather easily which tells you about the quality of what they sell) we made multiple calls requesting a replacement pair, after two weeks we were told«oh, you need to bring in the broken pair to prove they are really broken». We asked for his Rx on paper so we can go to another eye doctor, they refused to give it to us and said we would have to wait for it in the mail! Two more weeks and still no glasses! We have left messages because of unscheduled early closing of the office, they never call back! My husband started calling them every day! Finally they say the glasses are in, my husband leaves work early to pick them up before the office closes, and he is turned away when he gets there because he doesn’t have the broken glasses with him! They already saw the broken ones! The staff were very smug and disrespectful and treat you like you are some kind of welfare scammer for claiming the replacement glasses.(Btw we have awesome insurance that costs an arm and a leg) This crappy business deserves all the poor ratings it has been given. The good reviews must come from employees and family. Two years of poor customer service, poor communication, and disrespectful office staff. Never going back.

DONTWAISTYOURTIMEORMONEY… If you want to deal with bad customer experience go to this place. I went to this location with my prescription and presented my insurance card that is accepted in this place, looking for some frames for my two girls. I was looking to purchase two(2) new pair of glasses from them and their service was horrible !!!. They treat you like you are going to steal there stuff. They have no customers inside and I ask for the price of four frames total. Thinking two options for each of my girls and they were VERYUNPROFESSIONAL.

I had always felt like I was getting the very best eye care with Dr. Ron Dutton but since he has moved to PAHRUMP the Sahara office has turned into a money hungry corporation that only sees their patients when they get a referral from their Primary Care Physician so they can collect on insurance. I had been a patient since they opened the office many years ago and have an ongoing condition of kerataconus. It does not go away and gets worse as time goes by. The cornea is subject to getting scratched and thus fore having an eye infection that can cause extensive damage to an already damaged eye. I was told that unless I paid for it myself they wouldn’t see me. What happened to the Hippocratic Oath people? All they have to do is send in to insurance with the same codes as all these years. Could this be because I am now a senior citizen? Or is just about the dollar revenue. Shame on you for allowing me to suffer all weekend then having your money person call me and tell me to go to Primary care first get a referral and then come in. I am capable of paying myself but having to fight to be seen and having to also go to a Family Doctor who does not treat my condition is absolutely insane. I say run, run as fast as you can away from this corporation. They absolutely do not want to treat you without jumping thru hoops even when it is an emergency. Their finance manager is an idiot and only concerned with the bucks coming in not the welfare of the patient. Dr. Dutton if I was not already moving I would definitely make the drive to Pahrump to see you. And as far as all the referrals I have given this office I will most assuredly be calling the people and informing them of my treatment.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I could write a big, long review of all of the bad experiences I had from the very beginning, but I’ll try to keep it brief since no one wants to read a long review. Dr. Crutchfield was absolutely AWFUL, rude, and acted irritated. He gave me the WRONGPRESCRIPTION for both my contacts and glasses and refused to re-check the Rx when I told him that my vision was blurry! Their glasses selection sucks, they couldn’t even adjust my glasses correctly, the sales associates were generally unhelpful, slow, and some were kind of rude. They really dropped the ball with my RX. To the office manager’s credit, she did refund my entire purchase without any fuss whatsoever and was nice about doing so. Thank goodness my insurance company went above and beyond to send me to another doctor to get the right prescriptions!

I’ve been coming to this Clear Vision for years. The service has always been great, the girls at the front are always on it. Dr. Burke is our family eye doc and she’s fantastic, my kids absolutely love her. I’ve referred a few friends here and they’ve said nothing but good things as well.

Very nice, clean and welcoming office. Staff was very friendly and there for YOU. I felt very comfortable with my eye exam and working with eyewear specialist. I would recommend this office to someone looking for an optometrist.

this place sucks!!!(optical side) i didn’t get the help i deserved and MARC is the definition of rude!!! The front desk discusses inappropriate conversations that are unprofessional! it was not your typical transaction at this place, they treated me like i was invisible and like they didn’t need my business! mistake after mistake… and i got my lenses with scratches but since it was literally my 1st time getting glasses it was too late for me to even tell them about it when i realized it! On top of everything i think it’s too dark in there to really appreciate the glasses! i’m going to Lenscrafters next time. Don’t waste your time here

Customer service was wonderful. They go above and beyond to help you choose the right frame. Giving them two stars because their refund policy is not explained at all upon checkout. After payment is received they stamp your receipt in red ink with their refund policy.

We get one exam a year; this was our second go around. We are extremely pleased with the service and time the staff spends in explaining all options available to us via insurance. Our last few visits have been with Raquel, who has pleasantly handled all the adjustments needed to our new glasses. This is the first time we have gone with progressive lenses and it does take a little getting use to, to get things right. If you’re looking for a place to get your next pair of glasses, I would highly recommend this office….

Made an emergency appointment and was quickly scheduled with Dr. Fermin, who probably has one of the best caring attitudes I have encountered. He took the time to review my chart, listened to my explanation intently and proceeded to prescribe some meds, but not before letting me know what the expectations should be. I rarely write reviews but felt the need to share this great experience.

I ordered glasses with them with anti-reflective lenses. I patiently waited for a week and was appreciative that they told me they can rush the order because I was going away on a trip. I got my glasses and was under the impression that everything was good since I asked the girl that helped me and she told me it had everything it was supposed to have. To my surprise, I used the glasses at night while driving and it had so much glare that it gave me a headache. I called them back and told them that the glasses they gave me never had any anti reflective on it and I was a bit annoyed that they allowed me to leave with the glasses without checking it. If I didnt know what to look for I would’ve probably be stuck with glasses without the anti reflective even though I had paid extra for the anti reflective. I was stuck with the glasses for almost a week because I had to go on a trip. I had to go and drive back to the office and had to wait 30 min to get the proper lenses attached to my frames. Really disappointed with the lack of customer service. And no one from the office apologized to me for their error and kept blaming the lab because apparently they did nothing wrong and it was the lab’s fault that my lenses didnt get the anti reflective. Uh okay wow.

Dr. Fermin is thorough and explains everything as he does it as well as what he sees. His recommendations are clear and patient friendly. The pre-exams techs have always been friendly and efficient. Front desk is okay. I have had very good experiences with the choice os frames as well as adjustments as needed. Overall I am very happy with Clear Vision and would recommend them.

What happened to this place ! If you don’t confirm an appointment they cancel it! I have been going to clear vision for years– 20+ that was never the policy if thats a new standard than state that when you are leaving a message and also place a sign in your office stating it. How are your customers going to know? You probably lost this one !

I was diagnosed with keratoconus and Dr. Dutton has helped me with searching for comfortable, affordable contacts and clear vision for my condition. I just got my hybrid contacts which are so clear I’m seeing better than 20⁄20. Dr. Dutton personally called me and kept me in the loop while he was working with the lens company to make sure I was receiving the best contacts for me. Dr. Dutton is always professional, helpful and super nice. I’ll definitely recommend ClearVision Eye Center as well as Dr. Dutton to any friends or family. Update: dr dutton is hardly available. He is at a different location in parumph during the week so he’s only at the Sahara location on Mondays unfortunately. I’m going to see dr Burke tomorrow. The hybrid contacts have given me a lot of trouble. They are cloud and my eyes turn red from them. They’ve done their best working with me though.
