If you are looking for a coach that walks her talk you found her! Coach Lissette not only tells you what to do she guides you and leads by example. She is a dedicated and true professional. We trained together in Miami and can say without a doubt that she is one of the fittest people I know and one of the most knowledgable!!! Your body is in good hands!!!

Great coach and person !! Truly cares about her clients gives awesome health tips, meals plans and recipes, workouts and vitamin recommendations! She is very holistic and believes in juicing is a WAY of LIFE! Got me from 23% body fat down to 15% body fat !! I struggle with an autoimmune disorder which she is truly helping heal me and I am on the path of the WAY of LIFE of healing ! Once you are willing to vest 100% as a client she will best 110% to you and will give sound advice !!! Texting anytime sound advice when need her! I highly recommend coach Lissette will get you to your health goals and get you healthy but she is so amazing !!

Coach Lissette helped me a lot. I am allergic to gluten but I didn’t know it until she started to help me out and we both discovered it. Including «gluten free» in my daily meals helped a lot, since all the fat is in the gluten, obviously. She’s great, she understands your needs. I went from 21% body fat to 11% and lost 15 lbs. I also had acne and with the juice cleanse it went away. I love it. Since then I haven’t changed my way of life and I do CrossFit too. I love how I look and would never go back. Thank you Lissette!
