I was having trouble with my hot water heater. I called a plumbing company. The tech they sent listened to the symptoms and told me he thought my problem was electrical. He offered to check how the hot water heater was connected to power for $ 150, but said my best bet would be an electrician.
I called an electrician and described the symptoms and he said I needed a plumber. Okayyy, lol. He hooked me up with Complete Service Solutions. They were very responsive in sending a tech out. They said there was an $ 89 diagnostic fee which I agreed to. Chuck arrived promptly at the arranged time. When I explained the symptoms he went directly to the problem. Turns out that a leak in the heater was shorting out the circuit breaker.
Chuck gave me an estimate for repair or replacement. I opted for replacement. We scheduled the work and he did a great job. He even applied the $ 89 diagnostic fee to the price of the new heater. I highly recommend Complete Service Solutions!
