Nice big ad in the yellow book so I figured I’d give these guys a call. The technician on the phone was really helpful and gave me an idea about what was wrong with the computer. They were even able to give me an appt the same day! Walter was the tech who came to my place, he was well dressed and friendly and was very patient while I asked a hundred questions about what he was doing while he worked on my desktop. I actually think I know more about computers now! He was there for two hours but only charged me an hour and a half. This place has a customer for life!
