I have used Mary many of times. I have never had a problem with her service Customer service is amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Keep up the good work.

Lousey in customer service and accusatory… I am a member of a local Mustang car club were told we could bring «one item or hundreds» and they would do embroidery of our front and rear emblems. They don’t know their front from their rears and ruined a members shirt; and not only that refused to take responsibility for it saying «you people».in a very nasty accusatory way. Another time we had red t-​shirts and we had to purchase another 85+ white shirts as their new machines could not do color at the time as they had just gotten new machines. SO we had to purchase more. I still have the original red shirts in my garage awaiting a new contractor for the work.
