It has been several years since I had air ducts cleaned. I called Cool Breeze yesterday and was given a 2 hour window today for service. He stopped by on time, put on booties, and looked inside my return vent. He told me they were just fine and no need to service today. Then he looked at my dryer vent and showed me how he determined that it was also fine and needed no service today. Based on the honesty and good advice, I am recommending Cool Breeze even though they ended up doing nothing for me today. I will keep their number and call back when I do need service!

I am very happy that I chose Cool Breeze. I was fit it on the same day of his busy schedule. The serviceman was professional, neat and shared his knowledge regarding troubleshooting problems in the future. Most importantly, he didn’t try to upcharge me as other companies wanted to do. He charges a reasonable flat fee for his service that is more than half of his competitors. I would definitely use this company again! Call him first!

My office is in need of duct cleaning and I reached out to Cool Breeze to give us an estimate for our office building. Over a 3 day period, I emailed and left messages for someone to contact me as we were looking to do service immediately. Since we did not receive a response, I reached out to another company for service. I guess some people are just too busy and do not need new business. A courtesy call of such would have been nice…

Arrived exactly when promised, great price without any pricing games, excellent job of cleaning all my air ducts and returns. I highly recommend Cool Breeze and will use their services again.
