4 burglaries in the past 2.5 months. Mine happened in broad daylight on a Sunday afternoon. The apartment complex across the street has had 6 in the past 2.5 months (and it is also where my stolen cell phone was last reported). The condos are independently owned, so the Coronado Palms office says they can’t do anything to help increase the safety of the neighborhood. The police are apathetic at best. This area seems to be rapidly declining. I had thought about investing in a condo of my own here once my lease was up, but I think I’ll choose a safer neighborhood.
