CT Rose Salon and Day Spa

I’m a client of Nicole L at CT Rose. The salon is quite large and there are multiple options for different services.
The have an active receptionist (not someone who’s not paying attention). They have a nice area in the reception where they carry products as well as fun handbags, fun jewelry, and great smelling candles.
Nicole has a private room and it’s nice. She is not the type to chat on the phone or text during your appointment, other than checking on her kids & she always lets you know in advance!
The salon has a lash bar, nice pedicure chairs, and small massage area.
Over the past few months I have watched the independents of this salon have potlucks and fun events at the salon. It’s a nice crew considering the size of the salon.
I would have given the salon 5 stars the décor in the salon is a bit dated, but what is really bad is the awful green tile floors

Horrible experience. If I wanted sloppy edges I would have asked my niece to paint my nails. My friend went with Melanie, while I was given to Paula. I went in wanting a pinkish nude gel, and I wanted to keep my length that I have worked hard to grow out. I had two chipped corners which Paula said she could fix. Want to know how she fixed them? By filing all of my nails down removing ALL the length even though I specifically asked her not to. Her excuse was «Well you don’t want them different lengths, you know what I mean?» Yes, I fully understand that concept. That’s why I asked if she could FIX the corners, not file them all down. It wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was her not wanting to do it because I was very specific. Then after she filed them, she showed me her gel colors, none of which were a pinkish nude so Melanie told her to layer them to create the color. Paula said she didn’t know how to do that, and refused to try. So I gave up and asked if she could just do white. She claims she didn’t have white. Now, I understand not having the shade of nude I wanted as it was kind of specific, but white? Seriously? Then she found a white that she did have. Two layers in you could still see my nail color and she asked if I wanted another layer… Um… Yes. I want white nails now not some hazy color fading in and out. So that’s when she asked Melanie what to do, making it clear she didn’t want to put a third layer on. Melanie gave her a bottle of her white which applied a lot better. Then when I asked for a matte finish she and Melanie had to go back and forth repeatedly asking Melanie how to do it since she apparently never has. Once she sprayed my fingers full of alcohol and they dried she started packing up and immediately left the salon, while when my friend finished their was oil and lotion applied along with a hand massage. When I was looking at my nails while my friend was finishing up I noticed every single one of them had problems, ridges, wrinkles in the polish, uneven application and color, etc. And of course the most obvious the sloppy edges. I wish I had a better camera so it could pick up the imperfections better but it’s pretty ridiculous. Definitely will not ever go back to Paula again, I should have just stopped her and left when she filed my nails all the way down after I told her not to.

They are amazing. I didn’t make appointment but they fitted me in and took good care of me. They really know what you want. I showed Cindy the picture of what I want my hair to look like and she colored it even better. And My gave me a perfect cut. Love this place. I will definitely be back.

Horrible I purchased a Groupon for my wife, myself and everytime we called they are booked.
Over sold his groupon and he can’t deliver the service.

Cliff is awesome for mani/​pedis. He is funny, personable and all around a terrific service provider. My friend and I enjoyed our time getting our nails done by him.
The place had several clients– always a good sign! It was beautifully decorated.
We loved the experience and will be back next time we are in the area! Thank you!

Friends of mine go there and suggested that I try Ruben out. I have to say that he is wonderful, he listened to what I was looking for and then went to work. I love the haircut that he gave and look forward to future appointments with him. He was down to earth and very friendly, I felt right at home right away. The shop itself was very organized and clean.

Jessica Palmer is amazing!!! Been going to her for almost 10 years, I won’t let anyone else do my hair!

Shar Wright is the best hair stylist I’ve ever been to! If you get your hair done, you MUST have Shar do it. She’s super friendly and does great work. When Shar was done with me, I looked just like George Clooney. It was amazing! Also, she charges very little.

Clean salon with friendly staff. Jacque is always on time and makes my nails look fabulous !!!

Matt Rocks! He has been doing my hair for yrs! Great price for Quality work!

Been going here for awhile, but just now getting around to reviewing — salon is newly remodeled — very clean, bright atmosphere. Jessica does a fantastic job on my hair and is very reasonable on prices

This place is awesome. The staff all seems to genuinely enjoy what they do and where they are working, which shows because every person I see walking out the door looks incredible. It always impresses me. I am no exception to the rule either I must say! :) I go there for my hair, nails, pedicures and waxing. I love that I can get everything done in one place and not have to worry about coordinating appointments at different places, plus prices are reasonable so I can treat myself. Very satisfied customer!
