Dance 4 Less

Love the friendly staff and good prices. Could definitely use a remodel though. This shop has been around for years when I first started dancing. They are limited on sizes and products so if you’re looking for something specific it is best to order it online.

I signed up my 3-​yr old daughter to take some ballet & tap lessons for the 1^st time since she has been begging to go for some time so I went hunting for places to get her gear. This store came across my search engine quite a bit so I figure, let’s check it out before ordering online (you can order online btw). My daughters’ classes were only @ our rec center so I didn’t wanna overspend on what she needed in case she didn’t wanna do it anymore. Shoes, leotards, etc… I knew Payless shoes & Target sold some dance shoes & leotards but my daughter is soooo petite, I can never find her sizes!
Hubby & I took our lil one to check out the place so she can pick the colors (hyping her up for her dance classes) she wanted for her leotards & shoes. OMG… my kid was just super excited!!! LOL! =) Very small store & prices are very reasonable. I was hoping to get everything we needed in there & that was exactly what we did. They had her sizes for everything. Got her 1 leotard, a pair of tap shoes, & a pair of ballet shoes for less than $ 40. Not too bad!!! The guy working there was very helpful as well. They have a great selection & who knows… you may be able to find something good on sale or clearance. Definitely gonna keep this place in mind if my daughter decides she wants to keep dancing.

Okay, I have made my orders several times from their website even though I have seen a lot of bad reviews. A couple of time it went very fine. I liked the shoes. But in the last order they sent me a wrong size of shoes. They scratched out the size which was ink-​printed inside the shoes and instead put a sticker on the sole that shows the fake size. After I found that they sent me a wrong size (they were away too big and cannot be my size) I got really puzzled why they did that. I talked to David on the phone twice, he was nice and kept saying that I will get the shipping refunded in 3~4 days. And he said the shoes will be back to the factory (?) and will get the right size of shoes. So I presumed that a new pair of shoes are coming but now it has been about three weeks after I sent them back and nothing happened. I called him again today, he was bitching me and never let me talk. I have liked the product and discounts in the website but their customer service is actually horrible. If you are lucky to get a right pair of shoes that you order then you are good otherwise you are screwed. So I don’t think they are doing a good business in general. I don’t understand the way they treat their customers. Strange people… Oh well there are strange people everywhere though.

Before placing my order I called the store and asked if they would be able to ship and deliver my order by next week. I let the man know where I was located and what I needed. He said that I could select the standard shipping option and notate my special request upon checkout. I placed the order online this morning and less than 2 hours later I received an email with a tracking number informing me that my order had shipped.
After placing my order I checked some reviews online and read that this store has poor customer service. My experience so far is the opposite. The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and he quickly shipped my order. I look forward to receiving the package and updating this review.

They have a good selection, much more than other dance stores in Las Vegas. I needed some special shoes and they offered to order them for me and have them in two days. I decided not to go that route but it was helpful that they called the manufacturer to make sure they had them in stock.
I ended up coming back in and buying a different pair of shoes. All the sales people were friendly but I would recommend talking to Joe because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and he was honest with me about the quality of shoes I was buying. I also feel that the price of the shoes and pants I bought were reasonable.
