Desert Ridge Apartments

Pool closed during hottest times of the month. The place is infested with bugs of all kinds, the location, although nice, is not worth the hassle of old washer and dryers that dont work, issues at least once per week with the property. since ive been here only a month, the water has been cut off 10 times due to bad pipes. DONT MOVE HERE!

My family and I went by the reviews here and a couple of other sites and decided this would be the best for us due to relocating. We’ve been here about 2 weeks and its been issues since Day 1. The breaker for the fuse went out and we didn’t have hot water a couple of times. The washer and dryer in the apartment are a joke. They are really old and don’t function properly. The washer doesn’t clean clothes and the dryer does not dry. It’s normal for me to put the dryer on multiple cycles and clothes are still not dry. We were told that the pest control comes every week as a «preventive» measure. However, there continue to be pests in this apartment. It’s frustrating because all the reviews were positive, and yes the staff are really nice. But these apartments are old and the features within the apartment are outdated and don’t function properly. With a family and bills — you want efficient appliances. The location is great but I continue to be concerned about the efficiency of my apartment and why the sink and toilets were not replaced despite being obviously old with discoloration and stains.

If you want a fancy, elegant and cosy lifestyle, you need to get yourself acquainted in these great apartments. Price range is very reasonable for the many amenities and perks you get (gymnasium, racket ball court, sauna, two pools e.t.c). May I mention the great customer service and appreciation the ladies at the office offer everyone??? It’s off the charts. Hands down the best units in the NE side of LV.
