What a waste of my time! They scheduled me a half an hour early to fit fill out paperwork that literally took less than two minutes so I sat there for 27 minutes. The physical therapist that I saw that did my evaluation and treatment was out to lunch and came in for my appointment and was still eating during my appointment. All I did for my appointment is lay in a heating pad, and then stretch from side to side for 10 counts. That’s it! And they want me to come back once a week to do that. Yes, I’ll do that at home thanks, I won’t be back.

hI, i have been gointo desert therapy. The poeple there are considerate, and helpful on your individual recovery. It is hard to do alot needing another hip replacement, but after a torn muscle, they worked me back into rehabilitation. It is close by and you get individual care. I hope I can continue to strenghten my right one. Chris there helps determine your strenght. I go to the one on rainbow.

The people are nice and the facility is clean. However, trying to get an appointment and the scheduling of treatments is sub par at best. The telephone etiquette leaves a lot to be desired. When trying to cancel, reschedule or set an appointment I was put on hold several times and they never did get back to me. The three star rating is not about the therapy. It Is Totally About the Office proceedurs.

need therapy on knee they do a great job workers very nice and help full well trained listen to you my knee is getting better great place worth going there if you need therapy

Great service here. My physical therapist really knew her stuff. She took time to read my chart and really cared about my progress. The therapy room is big and has plenty of tables. Love the office staff too. Highly recommended.

Physical Therapy is what ya get out of it… If you work hard then the physical therapist is just assisting you to do your best. Thats what I love about this place… So much motivation and a positive energy that helps me to do my best.
I had brain surgery that landed me in a wheel chair since 2006. My doctor saw how much strength was in my legs (thanks Dr Tran !!) and he sent me to this awesome location.
