Dibella has done all my Grandmother’s orders. Never a complaint. They were so sweet when my Grandma wanted to send me 35 roses for my 35^th birthday… lol…i ended up with a dozen of the most beautiful roses ever once they nicely explained how much 35 would be. lol… family owned and operated is rare and a gem to find

DiBella did all the flowers for our wedding in June 2015. We knew we could trust them with our special day, and they did not disappoint! They went above and beyond our expectations, and our flowers were even more beautiful than we had hoped. Their attention to detail blew us away, and our guests complimented us over and over again on the floral arrangements, centerpieces, garlands, and my bridal headpiece.
The wedding day was hot, yet the Dibellas kept the flowers looking perfect for the whole day. We appreciate you John, Sue, and Amy and all your hard work to pull together such a special day!

John, I appreciate your false response as I was with my mother when she contacted you and it was not a week later. Further more, you definitely didn’t offer a solution when the problem was presented to you. We can end our relationship from this point. I have always had a great experience with this florist. Until this last time. The flowers are always beautiful and last a while. But do not trust that they will be delivered in a timely fashion. I called in the morning to give my gate code and to make sure it was an early delivery. The flowers were for a birthday. 5pm and still no flowers. We were all ready to go out so I called to cancel the order. I was told at that point the driver was 2 miles away. I kept the order but what use are birthday flowers if the birthday is almost over. The lady over the phone has no customer service skills and was very rude that I could possibly want a refund. She informed me they deliver right up to 6pm. I wonder how many business are closed by then and who didn’t get their order? I guess since I was a home delivery my account wasn’t as important. If you use this florist do so in person and pick them up yourself.

BUYER BEWARE! If you’re wanting to have your flowers delivered, DO NOT order from this florist. We ordered a beautiful arrangement for someone’s birthday with specific instructions to call the recipient prior to delivering. They never called the recipient with the number we provided, even though they claimed they did. Instead, they left a note on the front door. The next day by noon, the flowers still had not been delivered. In the end, they refunded the entire amount including the delivery charge, but the joy of having flowers received was ruined.

beautiful flower shop with the cutest seasonal gifts. they have a wide selection of plants and flowers from california to africa. great local, family business. and the owner has a serious green thumb! he knows his plants and will teach you how to care for them and to keep your arrangements looking fresh much longer.

They were overpriced compared to what I’m used to paying in town. They would also not take my credit card unless I gave them my address.

First time customer, made an order over the phone and was going to have the flowers delivered for my mom’s birthday however since I wasn’t very sure about the quality of the flowers I picked them up instead. if the flowers would have been delivered the way they looked when I got there I would have been livid. Definitely didn’t look like the $ 90 I paid but they fixed everything (with a bit of an attitude) but I ended up walking out with a gorgeous arrangement & momma was very happy so would I return? Yup!

My dad has been a long time customer here. I remember stopping here with him to pick up flowers for my step mom when I was in high school.
My best friend was having a small wedding ceremony in Las Vegas at her parents home prior her big one in Portland later this summer due to a family emergency,
She resides in Portland, OR and I currently live in Los Angeles. I needed a florist who was in Las Vegas for the ceremony. My friend and I had been using Pintrest as inspiration for the kind of flowers she would like. We needed two pieces for the fireplace, her wedding boutique, and mixed flowers for smaller vases we had for the tables.
I called and explained the situation to them. They were more than helpful and I sent pictures of arrangements we liked via email. The prices were great. The arrangements were gorgeous. Everyone commented on how pretty the flowers were. The staff was so helpful and sweet. They truly played a huge part in making my friends wedding so amazing.

DiBella Flowers did my wedding flowers in July 2010, which was no easy feat! I ended up having a location change 8 hours before the ceremony, and John DiBella himself came and helped turn a negative into a positive by turning it into a beautiful setting! The flowers smelled amazing, and looked like someone had been planning the set up for weeks. They are wonderful to work with when planning, consistent in quality, dependable and prompt. I’m sure we will use them again!

i cant believe it took me this long to write a review for this locally owned business. prettiest flowers in town, BY FAR!!! as soon as u walk in the store, u smell the flowers :) the staff is friendly and are always willing to help u find exactly what u need :) they cater to all your floral needs, including everyday stuff, to special occassions, etc. they also have a large selection of gifts!

I recently received a message from the owner and I must say that one thing this business has going for them is their customer service. I was able to explain my issue which in the end was the bouquet I received, not the staff. They worked as much as they could with me and handled my situation as best they could. The issue has been resolved and in the end I am confident that this business is focused on customer service as a main priority. With that said, although I didn’t have the ideal experience with them, it speaks volumes about how this business is run. If you have time to go to their shop and pick out the flowers yourself, I suggest doing that instead of ordering it online. That way everyone is on the same page.

DiBella Flowers did the flowers for my wedding, and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! They were able to capture exactly what I wanted. They are friendly and helpful. By far the best flower shop in town!

Though it’s been a while, I did come to this family-​owned and operated florist shop (busy) the most out of all the independent florists. I think the Tiger Lily is really pricey and it’s around the corner from me. Parking can be tricky since there aren’t a lot of spaces in front, if you happen to come at a busy time. Located across from UMC hospital (ghetto, try not to got there– and I will never forget the man bleeding in the packed emergency room, but waiting, waiting, waiting). I remember getting a pretty sunflower arrangement at a reasonable cost for a coworker once. There are so many pretty flowers to choose from. If you want to cash & carry, it’s cheaper. I think the sign special is one of the longest promotions ever– roses for $ 20. It’s been advertised for years on that sign.

I figured there would be a florist or two (or three or 4) on Charleston near the hospitals. This wasn’t the first one I saw, but I recognized the name. I Stopped by to pick up some flowers for the wife. It is a convenient location, near the hospitals, with a nice big parking lot.
The staff are very helpful and you don’t set a few feet into the store without someone greeting you. On my visit there were many people working in the back, which made for a very short wait.
The prices were pretty good for being a) in Vegas and b) near the hospitals. The store has a ton of variety, and also has your typical gifts, cards and stuffed animals.
The arrangement was made quickly, and was very beautiful. The flowers all seemed very fresh as well.
I’ve not had much luck with florists here in Las Vegas, so finding this one made me pretty happy.
They do offer same day delivery, which is nice, but I don’t know what sort of extra cost is associated with that.

I’ve been buying flowers from this shop for nearly a decade. Whenever I send my mother flowers, I call Dibella and they always get it right.
