This company is not upholding what they state on their website. They state that they give you 7 days to load, 7 days to unload, and that in some locations they offer free help to load/​unload. Sounds great, right? Well apparently the helpers are dependent on location, some places do it, some places don’t. I’m not sure why it works that way, but I can deal with it, the prices are still good. But when I called to book, I was informed I only get TWO HOURS to unload WITHOUT helpers. I was going to book two of their pods, but there’s no way I can unload 2 pods by myself. They (of course) offered helpers (for a fee) or for extra time ($ 50/​hr) if I thought I needed it. Moving is such a stressful process to begin with, without feeling like you have to beat the clock on such a tight schedule. You would think they would give you AT LEAST a day, most competitors give you 3 days, some even a month.
