Drapery Tradition III

We bought wood shutters from then in ¹¹⁄₂₀₀₈ which finally were installed on ³⁄₂₀₀₉ OH YEAH, that’s right, a year later. And I must have been one of their last customers. My order was for $ 13k and had a 6 week lead time, to build and be ready to install. We moved into our house in 8 weeks so it would be perfect, the home builder would allow them in to install and when we move in everything is set.
NOPE
We moved in an no shutters, so then we had to call them to tell them we needed something temporary on our windows since all of our exterior walls are filled with large windows. So they came out to install, fine.
Another month goes by and yep that’s right 14 weeks it has now been and they finally show up to install. Mind you this was after harassing phone calls weekly by me to get status. Then they finally show up and they somehow only had the shutters and were missing all of the frames for the windows, so nothing was installed! Another 2 weeks goes by and they finally install all of the shutters.
About 2 weeks later i find the our back sliding shutter jams in the track when you move it, so they have to come out several times to fix because they couldn’t do it right the first time
Also FYI they have changed their phone several times, and the phone listed for this company on Unilocal is some kids cell phone.

When I call and get a voicemail message that says «We’re you’re #1 choice in drapes and blinds.», but your staff can’t be arsed to answer the phone during business hours on THREE different occasions?
Well… You’re not my #1 choice, then.
